The 60 sqm self-contained apartment with private entrance is located in a detached house, in a quiet location of Heilbronn-Ost. It can be parked by car in the courtyard in front of the facade directly in front of the apartment, or also free of charge in front of the house on the street. The cozy living-dining room invites you to linger and the spacious bedroom guarantees soothing relaxation. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and the bathroom is bright and modern. Two small terraces are available and invite you to a sundowner at the end of the day.

Board games for a cozy game night are provided. Towels and linens are provided. It is about 1.5 km to the local outdoor pool.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is completely new. Parking is available right in front of the house. The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor. The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.

This 1-room apartment with a very quiet location in Hochdorf is accessible through a separate entrance. It features a double bed (140) with TV, a well-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge, two hotplates, toaster and mini oven. The separate bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment has a small terrace in the countryside.
