Our balcony room with private shower/toilet has a size of 27 square meters. The sleeping-living room is one room. It is located on the second floor with magnificent mountain views. In our separate farmhouse parlor you can enjoy your breakfast (photo dining area) - does not belong to the apartment! But it's in the same house. Of course, the apartment is lockable. The BLUE ROOM with balcony and lake view is one of 4 double rooms with its own. Bath that are on the 1st floor of the Auerberghaus. Included in the price is a rich breakfast. There is a common room and a shared kitchen with huge, covered balcony. The house surrounds a beautiful garden with a small pond, which is available to guests for quiet use by arrangement. Please only dogs by prior arrangement. In addition, there is a holiday home for 6 - 8 persons in the DG.

Our house with large terrace is located on the outskirts of Bolsterlang/Sonderdorf, directly at the beginning of numerous beautiful hiking trails, bike and ski tours. No through traffic. The lifts of the Hörnerbahn are easily accessible on foot and ideally suited for all levels of difficulty. We look forward to guests who appreciate the Allgäu nature. Wir betreiben seit Jahren erfolgreich unser Bed & Breakfast Apartment mit 2 Doppelzimmern, die sich ein gemeinsames Bad und das Frühstückszimmer teilen. Zum angegebenen Preis stellen wir Ihnen ein Doppelzimmer zur Verfügung, das zweite Zimmer ist verschlossen. Alternativ können Sie gegen Aufpreis auch beide Zimmer für jeweils eine Person pro Zimmer oder für 3 - 4 Personen buchen. Die Mehrkosten in Höhe von 108 € können in bar bei Ankunft bezahlt werden.

Enjoy wonderful days in our family guesthouse, which is run by Heidi and Elisabeth in the second and third generation. The house is located on a quiet and central one-way street, approx. 5 minutes' walk from the train station and Zugspitzbahnhof. The two centers of Garmisch-Partenkirchen are within 10 minutes' walk as well as Irish Pub, Sausalitos, ice cream parlor, Greek, Vietnamese, Italian and Bavarian restaurants. Mountain views are guaranteed.

Our charming, traditional and family-run guest house is within walking distance of the train station, Zugspitz train station, ice stadium and the pedestrian zone of Garmisch. The apartment has a double and a single bed with a small kitchenette, minibar, TV, WiFi, private bathroom/shower/toilet and a balcony. (2nd floor) Unfortunately, we will no longer offer breakfast starting in 2025.
