The apartment was ideal for us for the amenities and for the location (near the beach and downtown). It has a spectacular view. The host and building manager, very accessible and very friendly. I would come back without hesitation!

You can leave the car outside without inconvenience. It has a staircase as you enter. The doorkeepers live in the building. Downtown and the beach are close , you can walk. It has a balcony with table and chairs. Good ventilation. It has a bathtub. Well equipped kitchen. We recommend it!!

The house is very nice, comfortable and clean, the neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by nature. Florence was very attentive and with clear instructions, it made us easy to access.

The house and yard are very nice. Very well equipped. We are traveling with my 3-year-old boy and I had games, as well as a bathtub and baby chair.

Very friendly hosts, they allowed us to check out late without any problems. The house is very quiet, it is close to the beach and the super. Everything can be done by foot. Anyway, a very good experience and totally recommended.

The apartment is exactly as described. In a quiet neighborhood but close to downtown if you want to walk. Communication with Alexia and Patricio was good, they answered all our questions. Recommended.

The house is right next to the road and because the house only has ordinary windows, you could hear the noise of cars. On the day of arrival it rained and we were cold for two days. The heating did not work, although the host tried and sent a plumber, the gas boiler was not able to work. We drank a gas stove in the kitchen because it was 8 degrees at night. Very steep stairs to upstairs, children or elderly have no chance

The place is very nice and manicured. Silvina's apartment is beautiful and super well equipped. It doesn't seem like a rental apartment, but rather one to experience it. The location is excellent if one wants to be calm and enjoy the sea, sun, beach and tranquility. While you have to arrive with a van or a vehicle that has all-wheel drive, it is not far or difficult to get to. A 100% recommended place. Silvina is very helpful and is always available. Highly recommendable as a host.

The cabin is nice and simple, excellent value for money. Undoubtedly, the most remarkable thing is its location half a block from the center of Las Gaviotas. Ivana was very present on WhatsApp throughout the stay.

We stayed 8 days with a pet. The place is just as it appears in the photos, even a little larger than what you can see in the photos. The complex is very nice and has everything to have a good time and relax. The location is excellent, a few blocks from downtown and one block from Avenida Martin Pescador that takes you directly to the beach. Claudio's attention from the first moment was excellent, always attentive to any need.
