The house is located on the territory of the Upper Dubai eco complex in a clean zone surrounded by a pine forest and a lake. Будинок знаходиться у селі Вища Дубечня Вишгородського району. Побудований 2017 року з бруса. Площа - 108 м.кв. На першому поверсі є велика вітальня-кухня, дві спальні, пічка, санвузол. На другому - велика спальня, санвузол. На території - мангал, яма для вогнища, дровник. Будинок має дві тераси, на балкон можна увійти через відкидну ляду з вулиці. Затишне місце для відпочинку невеликої компанії. Ми називаємо наш будинок Villa Porta Blu, бо маємо блакитні вхідні двері.
