Welcome to stay at our farmhouse! Take an evening dip in the lake, a SUP trip or enjoy a cup of coffee on your own balcony in the company of the sheep (seasonal). Stroll around the surrounding Sörmland forests or take a canoe trip on the lake. In winter, you can bring skates and take a trip out on the lake or swim ice wake and then warm up in the sauna. After that, you can curl up on the sofa with a pair of warm socks, lit candles, a warm cup of tea and an exciting book. From autumn 2025, there will be a stove in the cottage.

This detached house with a large garden offers about 90 sqm of living space on two floors, with open plan kitchen and living room, bathroom, as well as two comfortable bedrooms, with room for 4-5 people. The attached guest house offers one bedroom with bunk bed and room for 2-3 people. The guest house has its own shower and toilet. The house is modernly decorated with top quality furniture and amenities. June - August takes place weekly rentals.

With walking paths, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a cove that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are brought yourself, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Slappna av vid Bråvikens norra strand i ett unikt och rofyllt boende med härlig utsikt året runt. Det mysiga 30-kvm-huset rymmer allt du behöver för bekvämt självhushåll, oavsett om du stannar en natt eller flera veckor. Med närhet till tåg, buss, Norrköping och Kolmårdens djurpark är läget perfekt för både kultur, vandring och naturupplevelser. Lokala restauranger och matbutiker finns dessutom på gångavstånd. Ett idealiskt boende för två vuxna som uppskattar det lilla extra.

Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Of course, there is TV, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 min to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.

Här bor ni enkelt men sagolikt. Stugan är offgrid men med praktiska lösningar för en bekväm vistelse. Turistattraktioner som Göta kanal, Nordens största insjöbad och Bergs slussar ligger nära. Borensberg (5 min med bil, 10 min med cykel) erbjuder badplatser, minigolfbanor, caféer, restauranger, matbutiker, inredningsbutiker, bra kommunala färdmedel och apotek. Vid er ankomst välkomnar vi er och går igenom allt praktiskt som medför ett offgridboende. Välkomna!

Want to give yourself some peace and quiet with beautiful views from a peaceful house for a few nights, a week or more? With us you live in a newly built guesthouse with kitchen, bathroom, internet, TV, lake view and own parking. Both Linköping and E4 are close but far enough away not to disturb. The house is located overlooking Lake Roxen 5 km from Linköping. Towels, sheets and cleaning are included in the fee. A dog and a cat are on the property.

En plats att njuta och slappna av på. I omgivningen finns det stora ekar som ger en känsla av minnen från svunna tider. Under sommaren finns möjlighet till fiske och bad, samt brygga o båt.
