In the nearby area you can take mountain hikes, visit the great swimming beach as well as sand volleyball- and tennis court at Hjellvik, 2 km away. A 14 foot plastic boat from 2021 with new 6 hp located in the jetty 400 meters from the house is included in the rent. There are also 2 bikes that are located in the basement. Osterøy is a great starting point for nice mountain hikes. Tirevollfjellet at 303 meters above sea level, is a 1 hour walk from the door.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. Mountains right behind the house with several hiking opportunities, and the sea below. In summer, a sup board can be borrowed by agreement. The hosts live in the farmhouse (the largest house) in the yard. In the yard there are also 3 kitty cats, 5 rabbits, and currently 2 ponies. Otherwise many mountain hikes and hiking opportunities on Osterøy, e.g. Bruviknipa, Kossdalssvingane +++ Distance to Bergen: 32 km, approx. 35 min by car. Om vinteren er det fine plassar å gå på ski i nærheten. Mange fjellturer i nærheten, aktuelle heile året, både lange og korte.
