The house has 4 bedrooms with double beds. There is both an east-facing terrace with morning sun and a west-facing terrace with afternoon and evening sun. Quiet and family-friendly area with short walking distance to Festestranda with sandy beach, lawn and jetty. Great hiking opportunities in Carlbergskogen, Blomsterstien and Kyststien. Only 5 minutes to the center of Moss.

Modern and newly renovated house on Kråkerøy is rented out. The house also has an associated annex with one bedroom, bathroom and living room suitable for two people. The house is centrally located on Kråkerøy about 5 minutes by car from Fredrikstad city center and 20 minutes on foot. From the house it is a short walk to Isegran. From here you can take the city ferry for free to the city center, the old town, the city center, Værste and Gressvik. If you want to go to Hvaler, this is not far by car or bus.

A small and charming house by the sea

A quiet and peaceful alternative where you are almost at the bottom of a cul-de-sac. 40 meters from the sea, with a view all the way to Vestfold. Covered terrace with heat lamp, gas grill and not least hot tub. Saltnes is known for its amazing sunsets, and here you get a grandstand to enjoy both from the hot tub, under the roof on the terrace or from the sofa well wrapped in a blanket. We also have the coastal trail not far away, which offers the opportunity for great trips in our beautiful village.

Koselig hus med god atmosfære og alle fasiliteter i landlige Torsnes. Det er egen parkeringsplass med el-bil lader. Lading av bil er inkludert i leien, du må ha med egen ladekabel. Herfra bruker du 10 min til Gamlebyen, 15 min til Fredrikstad sentrum og 25min til Svinesund. Det er kort vei til badeplasser og campingplass og nærbutikken ligger bare en 10-minutters gåtur unna. Huset er fra 1850 og er totalrenovert i 2022. Verandaen er perfekt for sene sommerkvelder, usjenert og med nydelig utsikt

Boligen ligger inngjerdet under et stort kastanjetre med egen hage. Egen parkering for 3 biler. Det er 7 -8 km til Fredrikstad eller Sarpsborg sentrum. Buss til Fredrikstad 1 gang i timen. Grunnflaten i 1. etasje er ca. 115m². Her er det to store soverom, kjøkken, stue, vaskerom og et nyrenovert bad. 2. etasje har to soverom. Soveplass/spiseplass til 10 personer. Barnestol og sprinkelseng til barn er tilgjengelig. Vi bor selv rett ved siden av utleiehuset, og ønsker ikke høylytt festing der.

Large area with grass, water hose, trampoline, vehicles, slide, basketball hoop, building blocks, etc. Beautiful view. Parking: two cars outside. Washing room in basement. Towels and sheets included!
