Nice nature experiences with a rich bird and wildlife in the area, both on land and on water. 30 min to Halden, 8 min to Aremark city center and 10 min to Nössemark in Sweden.

Idyllic forest cabin

Steinsborg is a small forest gem for those who are particularly interested. Drive a few km into the woods on a gravel road, and then you'll be there. The cabin is an old forest hut with simple standard, and outhouse. The food is cooked on a gas stove, and a gas refrigerator keeps the food cool. Water is collected in Steinsvannet right below. There is also a rowboat and a canoe that you can use. In here you can relax and enjoy silence and bird chirping. We will take care of the cleaning afterwards. Welcome!

This is a unique place to create new memories located in a private and sheltered backyard. This is a property we use as a holiday home and want to share with others. The property is located in the middle of Halden city center with immediate proximity to EVERYTHING. The cleaning fee, which is mandatory, includes made beds when you arrive in addition to towels and the fact that we look after you. You leave the house as you found it. Strømstad is about 20 minutes away by car. 20 minutes by car to the idyllic Old Town in Fredrikstad. There are great hiking and cycling opportunities nearby.

The home is located fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7-8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad 1-2 times an hour. The ground floor is approx. 115 m². Here there are two large bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room and a nice newly renovated bathroom. 2nd floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. High chair and sprinkler bed for children can be provided on request.

Bryggerhuset at Spjærøy, Hvaler

Cozy little holiday house on Spjærøy on Hvaler. The brewer's house is part of an old small farm and hosts live in the main house themselves. Here you can enjoy quiet days in the garden, or take a trip to the sea. Both Spjærekilen with good bathing opportunities and Kjellvika are in walking distance. Generally great hiking opportunities. Whether you want to enjoy the quiet days or want to explore Whales, this is a great base. Shops about 5 km away.

The cabin is conveniently located just a one-hour drive from both Oslo and Gardermoen. Its elevated position allows you to enjoy the magnificent view of Hemnessjøen, a popular lake for fishing all year round. During the summer, you can even borrow a boat to explore the lake. Additionally, there are some wonderful hiking areas in close proximity to the cabin, offering opportunities for outdoor adventures and connecting with nature.
