Cottage with sea view in the center of Öregrund. Only 100m to the beach. 30 square meters. Small bedroom with double bed and a loft with two beds. Fully equiped kitchen, shower and WC. Self-catering. Öregrund is a charming city on the east coast with wooden houses and narrow alleys. In summer there are plenty of restaurants and cafés. To the south lies the Stockholm archipelago with open sea to the north. 1.5 hours from Arlanda airport. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minute walk to the bus station and ferry to Gräsö. We live in a house on the same grounds and are happy to help with your holiday in Öregrund. We have several extra bikes that can be used for excursions to Gräsö and various nice beaches. The nearest golf course is 6 km. Bed linen and final cleaning included.

Relax with family and friends in this peaceful space. In the main cabin there is a stove, fridge and freezer, outdoor kitchen with charcoal grill, and place to sit inside and outside on the terrace with awning. 1/5-30/9 there is water for the outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower with hot water. Both toilet and outdoor toilet are available on the property. A simple but comfortable and pleasant accommodation. You have access to the jetty and borrow our two Canadians as well as two single kayaks. There are heating elements in the cottage and the sleeping house, and a stove in the cottage if it gets cold outside.

Relax in this unique and peaceful home with proximity to the swimming area. Here you enter the tranquility directly surrounded by the charm of the turn of the century, liner oil-painted pearly, well-equipped kitchen with a large gas stove for those interested in food as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from freshly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower as well as a fresh outdoor toilet.

In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

This summer cottage is 45 sqm, consists of 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds. The plot consists mostly of lawn, suitable for outdoor play. You will have access to two patios, one of which is south-facing. Outdoor grill is available. In the immediate area, within walking distance of the house, there is access to swimming at the jetty, rocks, and beach. The beach is child-friendly and is a 3-minute walk from the house. Close to Forsmark! You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. We hire out our brewhouse on our farm. In the brewhouse there are two double beds (one consists of two single beds) and a daybed. Those who rent bring their own bed linen/bath towels (possibility to rent this is available) Perfect for those who live in a different city and need a home during the work period, or just want to get closer to nature. Hållnäs coast is only a few kilometers away! Departure cleaning is done by the person renting.

Stugan ligger i ett lugnt villakvarter. 20 minuter med bil till havet och badplats. 5 minuter med bil till ett centrum med mataffär, pizzeria, apotek etc. Ca 1h 20 min från centrala Stockholm med bil. Möjligt att ta sig med buss från Stockholm. En resa på ungefär 2 timmar. Husdjur & rökning är ej tillåtet.

The property is located on our property with access to its own balcony in a sunny location. The cabin has full ceiling height with sleeping loft , sauna and wood-burning fireplace . And air heat pump Busstation is 300 meters from the accommodation, distance to the city center and port about 500 meters.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful and spacious home of just over 100 square meters. Very quiet and quiet place on an old farm near the nice Rastsjöbadet. Easy to walk down to the bath which is well kept. Has both brew bath and sandy beach and also picnic table, barbecue areas and toilet. Close to Österbybruk, Uppsala and many nice excursions. We are a family who has the house in the middle of the farm. We have a vegetable farm and move around the farm during the days.
