Relax in this unique and peaceful home with proximity to the swimming area. Here you enter the tranquility directly surrounded by the charm of the turn of the century, liner oil-painted pearly, well-equipped kitchen with a large gas stove for those interested in food as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from freshly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower as well as a fresh outdoor toilet.

Wide lawn for playing, outdoor games are available to borrow kubb, crocket and the like. The house is adjacent to the ownership of the house. Please let me know if you would like to have a dog with you. The plot flows out to the sea in a natural beach. It is shallow, a little dicey with pebbles. Wi-Fi is not included, you stream through your own phone and networks from chrome cast via TV. Sheets not included.

In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

Full kitchen, shower and toilet. Self-catering. Öregrund is a charming place on the east coast with wooden houses and narrow alleys. In summer, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes. To the south is the Stockholm archipelago and to the north the open sea. 1.5 hours from Arlanda. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minutes walk to bus station and ferry to Gräsö.

Here at Solgården, we offer this nice 30 sqm brewery with a sleeping loft with 3 beds and a sofa bed in the living room. But with a glassed-in patio and a porch, the space will be twice as large. The little cottage has two comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen, toilet and shower. The location is fantastic with sea views and access to a jetty to enjoy swimming and sun, or to borrow our two canoes or two single kayaks for a trip out into the bay. Enjoy a good dinner, grill and watch the sun go down at the same time.

Here you wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the sea, you put on your robe, go down to the rocks and take a lovely morning swim from the jetty. The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here. Beautiful back yard with a sitting area facing and with access to the sea (Väddöviken). 5 km to lovely Grisslehamn with the nearest grocery store, restaurants, marina, luxury spa hotel and ferry to Åland.

We are a family who has the house in the middle of the farm. We have a vegetable farm and move around the farm during the days.
