Apartment holiday rentals in Ota City

The location is great. It’s said closed to rather busy JR Kamata station, which is true though, also it’s on the edge of residential area, so quiet at night and peaceful. Check-in and Check-out was smooth as it can be managed through tablet. It has kitchen and all necessary utensils but I needed one more sponge to clean up the sink, to have separated dishwashing sponge. You can buy those in 100 yen shop, though. I throughly enjoy surrounding eating places. Kamata is famous for Gyoza and Tonkatsu, but also a lot of ethnic restaurants. And it’s really easy to go out into the central part of Tokyo, so you can enjoy the life in Tokyo.

Easy access, near by train station and luggage company, and walking distance stores and restaurants. Even thought the place is well prepared with the essentials, the space is very tight. If you’re traveling with many luggage’s take this into consideration.

My family and I stayed for 4 nights the place is amazing very space and very clean the Host is very friendly they answer all the questions we have, the place is Near of a lot restaurants and convenience store. The neighbors is very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back soon.

케이큐 가마타, 가마타역에서 도보 10분~15분정도에 위치한 곳입니다. 森50 번 버스를 타고 가마타역으로도 이동 가능합니다. 숙소 자체가 방음이 엄청나게 잘 되는 편은 아니지만, 주변이 주택가라 밤에도 큰 소음 없이 조용히 보낼 수 있었고, 내부 시설도 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 다만 바닥난방이 따로 없어 추운 날씨에 이불을 깔고 자는 건 조금 힘들 수도 있을 것 같습니다. 침대는 위에 히터가 있는데, 바닥에는 온기가 닿지 않아 조금 춥습니다. 그 외 침구류의 청결도, 시설의 깔끔함은 굉장히 마음에 들었습니다. 특히 화장실 천장에 달린 환풍기구를 통해 건조/난방/환기등을 처리할 수 있는 점은 정말 좋았습니다. 도착했던 날이 비가 와서 조금 추웠거든요 ^-ㅜ 샤워하고 추운데 머리 위에서 따뜻한 바람 나오는 게 너무 좋았어요.... 호스트분이 꾸준히 연락을 취해주시면서 각종 정보(근처의 식당, 일본은 현금을 지참하는 게 좋다, 주변 정보 등등)를 알려주시는데 일본을 처음 오는 분들에게는 상당히 도움이 될 것 같습니다 ㅎㅎ 만족스러운 방이었습니다.

We had a great stay. Conveniently located 2mins from the metro and within minutes of nice coffee shops. Recommend for a short stay in Tokyo.

Clean, quiet, and very well appointed home. It was obvious the host took great care to try and think of every detail to make this a comfortable stay. He was exceptionally responsive and also helped me with some of my trip plans when I asked. It was greatly appreciated! It is not close to the center of the city, which wasn’t always convenient but I would not have wanted to stay in the heart of bustling Shibuya, so it really comes down to preference.

Great place to stay, quiet

Chie is very friendly and her place is in a great location—ideal for two. A more local neighborhood, not filled with tourists, so perfect if that’s what you’re looking for.

Kou San was a great host during my stay. He shared local recommendations ahead of time which was helpful. He also proactively checked in to ensure I have a great experience and was always responsive in a timely manner to my questions and requests. He also offered flexibility for my checked out time so I didn’t have to deal with the massy rainy weather on my last day. Thanks! The place is loaded in a quiet neighborhood and super close to two train stations to make getting around Tokyo easy. It is also within walking distance to the trendy Jiyugaoka area with many great coffee stores and bakeries, restaurants, boutiques and home goods stores and many more shopping options. It’s a cozy place for my Tokyo trip and I was happy with my choice and would consider to stay here again for my next trip.

This was a nice little apartment that suited our needs. It was a bit tight for two adults and a child but I think that's most Tokyo apartments. We were mostly out and about so it didn't matter much to us. However it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Specific instructions for getting to the unit. Just a few minutes to the train station and side streets with nice little restaurants. Walkable to parks. Downtown Tokyo and Yokohama are easily accessible. A short train ride to HND airport. I'd stay there again.

京急に近いし便利、下にまいばすけっとありますので便利、大きさはワンルームマンションよりほんの少し大きいイメージで、コスパは良かったです。

This is a small apartment in a quiet, local neighborhood, walkable to a shopping street with restaurants, stores and supermarket. There are two train stations nearby. We had a great time.

品川と羽田空港に行く用事があり、どちらに行くにも便利な、Ayakoさんのお部屋に宿泊させていただきました。 ベッドルームが2部屋あるので、家族3人でも、ゆったり過ごせました。Ayakoさんのお祖母さんが以前使われていたお部屋とのことで、古めの建物でしたが、丁寧にメンテナンスされているのだな、と感じました。幹線道路に近いとのことで、多少の騒音は覚悟していたのですが、日によるのか、比較的静かだと感じました。 ダブルベッドにはシモンズのマットレスを使われてるということで、ぐっすり眠れました😴1階にドラッグストアが入っているのがとても便利で、近隣にも美味しいレストランがたくさんあり、過ごしやすかったです！ぜひまた訪れたいです✨

Logement à 8mn de la gare et très facile à trouver. Le logement correspondait bien à la description Seul petit point noir : pas d’ascenseur donc en terme d’accessibilité ou si on a une grosse valise c’est compliqué…

Our host was very nice and responsive to our questions.The instructions and house rules sent were easy to understand. The apartment was clean but smaller than we expected, it is just nice for 2/3 people. The neighbourhood is quiet but it has a lot of stores such as supermarket, drug store, convenience stores and laundromat (there’s a small laundromat near the supermarket ) within a short walking distance. The nearest train station (Keisei-Koiwa station) is a short walk away and you can walk about 20 minutes to Koiwa station on the Chuo-Sobu line. From Keisei-Koiwa station, you can take to Narita Airport directly without transfers).

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

Eric is a nice host and he provided a comfortable room. I highly recommend his airbnb because of the supplies that are available in the hotel and the peaceful streets.

Had an amazing stay with Masa. Wanted something a little farther from the main city for my trip next to a train and this location was perfect. Very nice and peaceful and Masa was very responsive as a host. Highly recommend thank you!!!

Kota and Shunki’s apartment was very clean and cozy. Nice and quiet at night despite easy access to Shin Okubo station. I enjoyed my stay and would come again.

Our stay here was great! The place was extremely clean and the host is very friendly and helpful. The amenities are also nice and convenient for travelers. Instructions are clear and check-in/out was easy! The location also has easy access to the JR Yamanote line which was great for our travel plans! We enjoyed our stay at Triphome Sugamo! :)
