Cute house, open concept first floor was great for a weekend with our girlfriends! Hava was very responsive and kind!

The house is beautiful and the location was lovely, but there were a few things that fell short of the listing description. There was a strong mildew smell in the garage (even after the handyman aired it out), and some basic amenities were missing, like laundry baskets, food storage space, and charging cords for the speakers. There were also only two tall drinking glasses, which was tricky for a group. The outdoor living area shown in the listing wasn’t set up when we arrived, and we would have loved to enjoy it if the cushions were more accessible. That said, the host was very responsive when we reached out with concerns, which we appreciated. With a few tweaks to better prepare the home for guests, this could be a truly wonderful stay.

Awesome property for a weekend getaway from the city. Sonny made this place into a fun playground - the pond is amazing, the hot tub, sauna, and back deck felt like a spa, and we enjoyed the fire pit and taking a short hike to the creek. The house itself is simple but has everything you need and we even managed to order Uber eats once from Kingston. The area is great, and we enjoyed the villages and a nice hike in the area. We will definitely come back.

Our stay at Susanna’s was perfect! We have zero complaints. Had everything we needed and more! We would definitely stay there again when in the area!

The teahouse and surroundings were relaxing and peaceful. We saw groundhogs, deer, and chipmunks from the porch and our 2 dogs loved exploring the field and wandering in the nearby woods. The pool was amazing and warm despite the rain and the natural landscaping couldn’t have been more beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!

The house is really gorgeous. Everything was very new/modern, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen overlooking the stunning view out the back. The hot tub and fire put were nice amenities to enjoy. The BBQ seemed to not be working, but other than that, no complaints. Location wise, the property is located in the northwest Catskills, near Stamford, NY, and convenient to many hiking spots in the area as well as nearby towns. The property itself its up on a hill, in what felt like a secluded and private spot, which made it feel like a real getaway and retreat. In sum, recommend this Airbnb for the nice amenities, modern touches, and amazing view.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wilderkill Barn. Maria Cristina and William were exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit special. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The home was a haven, with a hot tub, sauna, pool, fire pit, pool table, and immersive sound and movie systems—all of which made our stay delightful despite the cold, dreary May weather. We can't thank them enough. ***That said, we feel it's necessary to address a serious issue with Airbnb itself that arose while booking this property, unrelated to the property itself. An unexpected tax was added after booking, and Airbnb has yet to provide a clear explanation. After years of loyalty, we were disappointed by their evasive and unhelpful customer support. This experience has made us reconsider using the platform in the future. We urge potential users to scrutinize all fees carefully and be aware that Airbnb’s support may be difficult to navigate if problems arise.***

We enjoyed our stay at Scott's Happy Home. It was an excellent place for our family to stay while in town for our son and daughter-in-law's Baby Shower. The layout was great and met all of our needs. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we prepared several meals easily. Scott and Paula even brought us a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie cake, which was delicious. We plan to stay here again when we visit the area. Thanks, Scott and Paula, for being outstanding hosts!

This was my first Airbnb experience and I was a little nervous because I’d heard so many cautionary tales. But the stay was really wonderful and I had nothing to worry about. The house is new, clean, comfortable, charming, in a quiet neighborhood, and well located to see all of the sights in Cooperstown and the surrounding area. The host is very responsive and friendly. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Jemma is an amazing host. Very responsive to questions and extremely welcoming. Place was warm, inviting, and well furnished. Place sits on a working farm that has rescue animals, including an emu, goats, and chickens laying eggs. Our sons (8 and 12 yr olds) had fun feeding the animals. We would return in a heartbeat.

I had an amazing stay at this cozy, freshly remodeled home! The space was well kept, clean, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to feel comfortable and at home. The hosts were incredibly attentive, checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly and quickly responding to any questions I had.

Lauren’s lake house was a wonderful experience for me and my family. Within 5 minutes of arriving we were out on the lake, because all you have to do is walk down a few steps from the lower deck and they have kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, etc. The house is right on the lake just as pictured, with a float anchored out in the water that kids of all ages will love. Location is quiet, peaceful, and absolutely beautiful. House has everything you could possibly need and more, and Lauren is a gracious and thoughtful host, super communicative and friendly. Look no further if you want a true lakehouse experience. Beautiful decks, hammock, water gear, sunset views, a grill, firepit. You name it, they have it. All you need to do is show up and everything you would need to enjoy the lake life is there. My wife and kids and I were in paradise.

Lovely stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and clearly designed with care. Everything felt thoughtfully chosen, and the amenities were great—comfortable bedding, quality toiletries, and a well-stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

this place was terrific. The main living area is terrific, huge, well done, and lots of room to spread out. Great location, great dock, great restaurants nearby. Everything you could possibly need in the house was there. Christine was responsive and welcoming. Parking is a little bit of a challenge, but doable. I would definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect setup and location for our trip to Cooperstown Dreamspark. We shared the house with another family and it was super comfortable and a perfect distance from the park to easily drive back and forth. It was also very close to downtown Cooperstown. I highly recommend this house!

Awesome place. It's exactly as advertised, a lot of space to hang out and pretty secluded. The fire pit is awesome, TV worked well, kitchen full outfitted and everything clean. Thanks!

Stephanie’s home was perfect, we came for Cooperstown and it was easy getting back and forth. About a 17 minute drive to Dream’s Park. The home was very well stocked, we were able to easily cook meals and it was so peaceful. We hope to be back in a few years for our younger son and would love to stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful and for the first time the pictures matched the descriptions and the views were gorgeous. Nice and quiet area I would recommend to anyone that wants getaway. Scott was an awesome host, very proactive and great communicator.

I had a wonderful time at Justine's beautiful countryside, modern farmhouse. Gorgeous setting up high in the mountain range with an incredible view of the mountainside. Open lot with lot's of space. Absolutely gorgeous open first floor concept with incredible deck. Super comfortable and great kitchen set up with all you need to cook. House is well stocked with necessities. Upstairs is lovely and both bedrooms are super comfortable with room darkening shades and nice ceiling fans. I could sit for hours and look at the mountains. Like you are in your own heaven. Justine lives in a private cabin on the property and comes and goes which I really liked as she was super accessible and not in your way at all. She was so gracious and I had a great time. 5 star property. You will not be disappointed. Great hiking destinations and lakes nearby and 3 cute restaurants with in a 10 to 15 minute drive. We had a wonderful stay at Robert’s property while celebrating our child’s 2nd birthday. The home was beautiful, spacious, and impeccably maintained—exactly what we were hoping for. Even though the weather was a bit rainy at times, we were lucky to get some clear moments to enjoy the lovely surroundings, and the space was cozy enough to enjoy indoors as well. We invited a few friends over to celebrate, and everyone had a fantastic time. The home was perfect for hosting a small gathering and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our special occasion. Robert was an outstanding host—very responsive and thorough in making sure we had all the information we needed about the property. He clearly puts a lot of care into both the home and his guests’ experience. We stayed for two nights and truly didn’t want to leave. It was a memorable trip for our family, and we’re so grateful for the experience. Thank you again, Robert—we’d love to return in the future!

This was the perfect spot for our week at Cooperstown Dreams Park. It’s minutes to the fields, town, restaurants, etc. It’s just far enough off the main road that it’s quiet & peaceful. Perfect after a long day at the ballpark! The house itself was pristine - Everything was nice & clean! They thought of all the things you need for your week of baseball, even if you flew in! The house looks exactly like the pictures, but it’s even better in real life! Highly recommend!

We felt right at home and very welcome. It was an easy 20 minute commute to Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house was stocked with everything you would need for the stay. Chuck was very friendly and responded quickly to any messages. My daughter loved looking for deer in the trees, and one greeted us on arrival.
