Welcome to Holland! Built in 1881, the home is a classic 3 bd/2 ba on a tree-lined street in downtown Holland, next to Kollen Park and Lake Macatawa. The home gets excellent natural light and offers gorgeous lake + park views from multiple rooms in the house & outside deck. Renovated 4 years ago on both levels including kitchen, living room, furniture, appliances, & the original hardwood floors refinished! We are easy walking distance to downtown + the 8th St. Farmers Market on Saturdays.
