Waterfront Cottage on Spring Lake

Cottage on a secluded street on Spring Lake, on the lakefront in a no wake zone, very peaceful. The home is set back 100" for plenty of game play in the yard (bocce, volleyball, bags, badmitten) outdoors on the way to private dock and swim platform. The interior has been tastefully renovated with fresh, beachy feel(all 3 full baths updated in 2019). Plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor for family gathering. New washer and dryer, all appliances have been updated. Good fishing off dock.

Wonderful location near Holland, Grand Rapids, and Saugatuck. Free onsite parking for one vehicle (nearby public carpool lot also), WiFi, private entrance and space. Nearby trails and parks to explore, museums, restaurants, shopping and beaches all within 20-30 min. drive from our home. Full kitchen (pans, dishes, oven/stove, fridge, coffee/tea bar) and living area, two bedrooms with queen size beds, futon, bathroom, and a separate private entrance for you (lower level- one flight of steps).

“Central to it all” - You will have half of the house to yourself! (The lower unit) This unique Hudsonville home and property is central to everything wonderful about Georgetown Township. The property boasts TWO halves of the home; an upper and a lower unit; both Units have their own entrance and privacy. It sits on a beautiful large corner lot. The perfect getaway, for a small active family or a couple's fun leisure spot. The interior is newly renovated from the walls inward.

If you are looking for a clean family friendly place to stay, we have what you are looking for! We have 2 rooms available on the lower level. One for the parents, which can accommodate an infant, pack-n-play which is available if needed, and one for two kids with twin beds. We are 10 min. from Hope College and downtown Holland. We are a short drive to North to Grand Haven or South to Saugatuck. Shared spaces are only shared with myself and my husband. Not other guests.

The LoveShack is a private suite at Summer House Bed & Breakfast- a small and charming B&B, 15 min away from downtown Holland and close to Lake Michigan beaches.
