We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Norton Shores, right on Mona Lake! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, well-decorated, and thoughtfully prepared EVERYTHING was. By far the nicest home I’ve stayed at. The house felt like a true retreat—peaceful, inviting, and incredibly comfortable. One of our favorite features was the hot tub, which we enjoyed both during the day and under the stars at night. It was the perfect way to warm up after beach time or boating, especially since the weather was cooler than usual for June. The house had cozy spaces for everyone to relax, and it was fully stocked with everything we needed for an stress-free trip. This home was the perfect home base for our Muskegon adventures, and we’re so grateful for the chance to stay here. Highly recommend for families, dog owners, and anyone looking for a peaceful lakeside escape.

The house was perfect for our family to gather and celebrate New Year together. The home was comfortable and offered space for relaxing and enjoying the New Year's holiday.

I had a fantastic stay at Vince and Nicole’s property. When we arrived, Nicole called to let us know that there had been a mishap with the cleaners and the house had not yet been cleaned, but she had them come to the home immediately to get us in as quickly as possible. When we got back, we noticed the sheets had not been changed, but I reached out to Vince and Nicole. Nicole was amazing and came back to the house, took all the sheets to have them laundered, and made the beds for us. Aside from this mishap (which was completely out of the hosts’ control) our stay was fantastic. Vince was great and allowed us to have a late check out at no additional cost due to the inconvenience of the cleaning situation. Aside from all of that, we had an incredible time. The home was lovely, and I would recommend to friends and family! Vince and Nicole were so accommodating and did everything they could to make our stay fantastic. I can tell the hosts truly value quality for their guests!

Very nice place. Enjoyed cofee with a beautiful lake view every morning. Great space for our dog. Hot tub in the main bedroom was a bonus. Bethany was helpful and immediately responsive. Would definitely stay again.

The home is a mid century masterpiece, with modern renovations and furniture from all eras. Everything was clean, there were plenty of towels for the bathrooms as well as for beach days. Tons of toys for kids and lots of room for a family and friends. The house is directly across the street from a semi private beach that was beyond beautiful. This was a peaceful and perfect place to stay. 10/10!!!

The view of the lake from the house is everything. The private beach was clean, and empty, so it really felt like we had the whole stretch of the beach to ourselves. The deck as enclosed, with a gate to the stairs, so we could let our dog hang on the deck with us. House was cozy with all the needed amenities.

We chose this place for our family of 7 vacation . Really nice place with everything we needed to get started . Did not have to rush to store for anything besides food / drinks . Beach area is great. You could walk the beach all day and walk as far as you want to walk . Very private . We had a great time here.

The Blue Cottage is an excellent stay. The view is tremendous, sunsets are beautiful and the area is peaceful. The cabin is simple, clean and comfortable. I really appreciated the decor and vaulted roof, it feels like a step back in time. Sharon was great, very welcoming and communicative. Check in and check out were easy. The surrounding areas of Holland and Grand Haven are awesome to explore with some great restaurants. A great experience and we hope to be back soon!

Great rental! Great location that's quiet with a nice lake view. It's truly a hidden lakeside gem. Only issue I had was for the carpenter who installed the master bedroom door on 'backwards'.

Beautiful historical home with a fantastic view of the sunset over the lake right from the deck. It’s big enough to accommodate a group of us and we are already talking about getting together annually in this home. It’s how much we love the place.

We literally squealed and jumped when we got out of the car- picture perfect peace! This was perfect for our first girls trip. The multiple living spaces, the views, the amenities at the house. Matt and Jody were next door and accessible which made us feel an extra level of comfort! We all would love to return with our respective families and return again for another girls trip! Thanks for making this a trip to remember!

This place was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 to enjoy a 4 night stay. The Lake Michigan view was breathtaking and it was so wonderful to have easy private beach access. The house itself is very well organized and had everything we needed for our stay. The house is clean and I really appreciated that all light switches and drawers were labeled. I recommend staying here highly!

This house is simply awesome! Makes a week at the lake easy and fun to have a private beach steps away, and a killer setup to enjoy nightly sunsets. Well-equipped kitchen and spacious for family fun. Also a great location for outings - easy to get to both grand haven and holland as well as tons of local parks and beaches. A special find!

The private beautiful sandy beach made this rental feel like a secluded California beach! The home was great and Laura is an amazing host! We had a blast on our family weekend getaway!

Always a great stay at Macatawa. We keep coming back and really enjoy it. Steve is super responsive and friendly. The house is just beautiful with every possible thing you would need. He handles unexpected issues quickly and professionally. We love staying here!

Been staying here with a group of friends from college and high school to golf every Memorial Day weekend. Can’t find a better place to relax and cookout and have a good time. Beautiful view of the lake and easy enough to take the outdoor stairs down to the lakefront and walk the beach. Lisa is a great host and hope to make a trip out here every year we can.
