I loved it here best bakery and cafe in Munich I've found just down the street. It was a very god neighborhood with lots of things around.

The home is well located in a nice and quiet neigbourhood, walkable to the city center, you have a lot of caffe and bars. The apartment was clean and we had everything we wanted.

We felt very comfortable in the modern and lovingly furnished apartment. For our visit to the Therme Erding and Munich, the location was perfect for us due to the short distances. The communication with Tamara, Edith and Heinz worked great both in advance and on site and we felt welcome directly at the horse farm. We will be happy to come back!

The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation, great restaurants, and charming neighborhoods. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again the next time we’re in Munich. Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and high-quality furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was forecast. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the large amount of wood. From Großweil, you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets, if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got just that. Many thanks to Simon and Sabrina.

A perfect place to stay in a lovely quiet suburb. The house was very large and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. We stayed here just before a long flight back home, and it was perfect to wind down and relax but within walking distance to public transport to explore the city. Nadia was a fantastic proactive host. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great holiday here! You feel immediately arrived and nothing is missing, everything is very clean and prepared with a lot of love, it doesn't get any better! The highlight is of course the large heated pool. The town of Rott was also the perfect starting point for many excursions in the area and you can find everything you need there as well as many beautiful restaurants. Marius is a super accommodating landlord, is available for any questions and can be reached at short notice. The apartment is small but nice, exactly as described. Cleanliness is excellent and everything your heart desires is available. Parking is sufficiently available and restaurants are also within walking distance. Absolutely suitable for our needs - absolute recommendation 👌🏼

I highly recommend this place! I really liked it here – it is perfect for a couple and very comfortable. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and nothing is missing. The hostess is extremely friendly and helpful. She is always available if you have any questions or need support. Everything is very well explained, and the arrival was hassle-free. The location is also ideal: The bus stop is only a few minutes' walk away, and a supermarket is just one street away. Everything is very easy to reach. I would stay here again anytime and highly recommend this place!

We immediately felt comfortable here. The apartment is lovingly furnished and with details, well maintained and clean. The highlight is the terrace and the location is great with the proximity to the lake! Frank and Domenik were very friendly and helpful and the communication was relaxed. I'm sure we'll be back!

Everything was as described, the area is very quiet and a rest comes here as if by magic. Duran is always there for his guests and nothing is missing, I really felt very comfortable and relaxed, I can only recommend a movie night on the big TV🫣. I'd love to come back.

The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the sparkling wine to welcome us and the sweets were very nice. We would have really liked to have stayed longer - if we end up at Lake Schliersee again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment!

Location, location, location! Close to many museums, restaurants, markets, boutiques, and only a short subway trip to center of Munich. Sarah’s place was perfect for our week stay in Munich! The place was spotless, modern, and well equipped. She took initiative to make our stay even more comfortable for us and our adult daughter. Thank you, Sarah.
