The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Great place for couples or families with children. Guest is expected to bring bedsheets, towels and toilet paper and to do proper final cleaning.

Mökki on hirsirakenteinen hevostilan vanha päärakennus ja kohta 100 vuotta vanha. Vuonna 2010 mökki on peruskorjattu lattiasta kattoon. Mökissä on 45 neliötä ja sisältää makuuhuoneen, tuvan ja kylpyhuoneen. Mökki sijaitsee hevostilan pihapiirissä ja tilalla on hevosia ja kissoja. Hevosia saa tervehtiä sovittaessa. Isäntäväki asuu samassa pihapiirissä. Mökkissämme sallitaan eläinvieraat. Ruokakauppaan 6 km Uimarannalle 4 km Luontopolulle 3 km Ouluun 35 km I speak english.
