It is 5 km from the city center and Ölüdeniz, and about 600 m from social settlements such as markets, restaurants, etc. Ground floor: Living room, kitchen, WC 1st floor: 2 rooms with bathroom-WC 2nd floor: 2 bathrooms-WC Our villa can easily accommodate 9 people. You can easily access everything as a whole group from our apartment, which is in a central location. Ölüdeniz is 5 kilometers away. It is in a quiet and decent location. Restaurants and markets are 5 minutes away. We have renewed everything, everything in the house is in working order. We have 4 apartments in the building. The building has a private pool and garden (700 m²). Thank you, have a nice holiday. If desired, the other apartment in the building can be rented.
