What a beautiful loft. Beautifully decorated, beautifully clean. Wonderful bed. Nice attention at welcome. And all that in a beautiful street in the center of Deventer. In short: very highly recommended!

Despite the bad weather, we enjoyed Rian's cottage in the quiet Hoenderloo. Rian received us very nicely and neatly and all instructions were clear. There was even an option for a regular breakfast, where Rian collected local products and transformed them into a delicious, fresh breakfast. The room also meets everything you need for a quiet and short stay. There are also plenty of nice restaurants nearby to eat, and otherwise everything is within driving distance. In short, very much enjoyed the stay, the village and the hospitality of Rian!

We had a really wonderful time in this lovely apartment! It is located in a beautiful old building, but is modern but cozily furnished on the inside. Nice large bed, spacious kitchen and a nice sitting area with large TV, chromecast etc. You step out the door and are in the center of Zutphen, very convenient! Johan is a very friendly, attentive host who had even arranged a camp bed for our 1-year-old daughter. We felt very welcome ☺️

We stayed one night with Wouter and Marijke, because we had a wedding nearby. So we saw little of the surroundings and 'unfortunately' only stayed briefly in this great studio. Spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. We were also received in a super guest-friendly way and we were able to enter the studio a little earlier so that we could drop off our things. Should we be in the area again, we will definitely come back!

Very specious two bedroom house with large kichen and bathroom. Everything you migh need during your stay is probably already there. Private parking lot and nice back garden are a plus. Annie was super polite and responsive. Home made jam was delicious. If we visit the same reagon again, we will definatelly come back.

Very nice apartment. The toilet is in the hallway but we didn't find that a problem. It is a 5-minute walk to the center of Zwolle. The apartment is noisy, we stayed there for 1 night. That is also because it is an old building. In short, we had a lovely stay.

Very friendly welcome in a soothing environment. Everything is available as you may need. Plenty space with separate master bedroom.

Wonderfully quiet place for a week of hiking, perfect location between 3 nature reserves. The cottage is equipped with everything you need!

My son and husband used the butterfly house for a few days because of a BMX competition in Apeldoorn. It was a wonderful vegan stay, good care from Ans. They felt comfortable and warmly welcomed. Top stay!

I enjoyed a very quiet and comfortable stay at Jan and Jannie's cottage. You walk from the yard into the surrounding nature reserves and when it rains you don't have to be bored in the cottage: there are books and games and there is a spacious TV on the wall. The cottage has a private terrace which opens onto the courtyard. On Saturday, there were some people, ponies and wagons walking around, but I thought that was also something cozy. I'd love to come back!

Good place to stay when in Deventer.

Guest-friendly hostess, were welcomed with a warm welcome. House is sparkling clean. Thinks gladly with you gives tips about the area. Can use the campsite capfun, which has plenty of activities for the children. We'd love to come back.

I was there with friends to just take a break from school. Our expectations were definitely met. It was nice and quiet and you could walk around the whole "island" once, but also through the village with the small alleys. Check-in and check-out also worked very well and went quickly. In addition, the kitchen had everything you need. That was very convenient for us. We are very please with our stay. It was really great.

We spent two nights in the accommodation, were very satisfied with the apartment. Everything you need. Communication very easy and fast. :) We would come back if the time comes 😊

We had a fantastic time. Beautiful, quiet and natural environment with privacy. Extremely friendly welcome. Everything super neat and clean. Repeatable. The area is great and easy to walk and otherwise the bus towards the center. The stop is a 2-minute walk. Very hospitable and friendly owners. Everything was just great!

Our stay in this beautiful vacation home was simply great. The accommodation is cozy and very clean. The location is ideal – quiet and idyllic, but still well connected. We particularly liked the proximity to the zoo in Emmen, which we could easily reach. The charming cheese shop was also a great insider tip from Anne-Marie. In addition to the cheese, we also bought an Old Jenever, the traditional Dutch juniper, and had Hagelslag for breakfast. And of course, the whirlpool was simply fantastic for relaxing. For nature lovers, the nearby forest is ideal for walks or bike rides. We enjoyed the peace and the fresh air very much. Anne-Marie and Marnix were super friendly and helpful, the communication was uncomplicated and they responded quickly. There wasn't even a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival 😊 Conclusion: An absolutely recommended accommodation, we will be happy to come back.

It’s amazing place to stay here with family. Very clean, you have all equipment and nice garden. Here’s so quiet and calm. And off course many thanks to Wim and Hermien, they are so friendly and hospitable. Recomend this apartment for everybody!

Klaas was a great host. He gave us suggestions of local fun places to visit. The sauna and jacuzzi were fantastic - a lovely added luxury to our trip.
