Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Super house located in the center of Zutphen

The luxurious and stylish stay is located on the Berkel in the historic Hanseatic city of Zutphen. It is a wonderful base to explore Zutphen and its surroundings all year round. It is only a few minutes walk into the city. Zutphen is a beautiful city with many historic buildings with nice shops, museums and many restaurants. There are several hiking/biking routes. So you can explore the IJssel/ Berkel area, the woods or Veluwe. From the backyard you can hop on a sup or in a canoe.

De Notenkraker: cozy front house farm

On one of the most beautiful rural roads just outside the village of Sint Jansklooster lies the renovated humpback farm from 1667. The front house of the farm we have furnished as an attractive stay for 2 guests who are set on peace and privacy. The comfortably furnished front house has its own entrance . You have access to 2 canoes and a men's and women's bike. The many cycling, hiking and canoeing routes let you experience the National Park Weerribben-Wieden in all seasons.

Wonderful place to enjoy the peace and nature. Beautiful area for cycling and walking tours. Located on the Marskramerpad. The house is fully equipped and has its own driveway with ample parking. Beds are made upon arrival, hand towels are provided. Storage room available for stables of cycling and charging. 7 km away is the beautiful Hanseatic city of Deventer, known from Dickens Festijn, Deventer on Stelten and the book market. The Salland village of Raalte is 12 km away.

In the most beautiful place in the Netherlands, in the middle of a beautiful nature reserve, the farm is located. Located directly on the water and opportunity to rent boats, canoes, bicycles or a sup. The house is on the Zuiderzeepad and past many cycling junctions. The spacious apartment has 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 and 1 studio for 2 persons. The studio has one bathroom with a toilet. The apartment has an apartment toilet with bathroom. All luxury so for six people!

Dalvèr

A pleasant, fully furnished tent next to lands at campsite Zwolsedijk between Hasselt and Zwolle. The tent is next to the dike where the Zwartewater river and the Overijsselse Vecht flows opposite the river. The tent includes a Canadian canoe for 2 people, 2 mountain bikes and a retro city bike to explore the area. There is a hammock, box spring, mini fridge, a mini bbq and a fire pit for a unique outdoor experience.

Our holiday home is suitable for couples and families (with children). It is a beautiful rural holiday home with lots of nice walking, cycling and fishing opportunities. A place to unwind and enjoy the outdoors.
