Our country house is located in the middle of nature, on the border of beautiful wooded area and an old river arm with behind it a meadow with sheet field cows and their calves. Nature reserve. Spacious and complete country house is architecturally designed and has five bedrooms (twelve beds). Two bathrooms, fully equipped cooking island, two living rooms and various terraces. There is an extra bed in the guest living room downstairs. Wonderfully quiet location and the town center of Ommen is within cycling and walking distance.

Unique old school - VILLA in Apeldoorn (Veluwe)

You will stay in an old, completely renovated old primary school from 1948, with large classrooms, beautiful high windows and a blackboard here and there. Classroom 1 has been converted into a rural kitchen, classroom 2 has been transformed into a cozy living room with a giant fireplace + stairs to the loft. In room 3 is the antique older bedroom with its own (walk-in) bathroom. Furthermore, a number of large 1/2 person bedrooms. Unique is the bedstee, loft with home theater and beautiful views of the park!

In the evening, sitting by a fire on the dike, and within walking distance of the charming center of Zutphen! The floodplains are next to the house, where you can enjoy hiking and enjoy the tranquility. You can borrow our 2-person kayak and go out on the water, and there is a pinball machine in the house! The house is very spacious with 140m2.

Welcome to magical Epe, at the heart of the Veluwe National Park! This place is our everyday home, our beautiful space, so we only occasionally rent it out. The area is pristine, serene and it makes you fall in love with nature all over again.
