On the ground floor (24 m2) is a living room with sofa, kitchenette with fridge, two hotplates, dining area and separate bathroom. On the loft is the bedroom with a double bed, plenty of closet space and a clothing rack. Good WiFi available. There are two bikes (Veloretti) for rent (10,- per bike per day)

Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

I would like to welcome you to my unique location in the middle of the countryside of Waterland. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. The ferry is, by the way, private property, and is only used by my guests.

The Practice

A wonderfully luxurious accommodation with all the comforts, in the beautiful rural village of Broek in Waterland. 20 minutes away from Amsterdam Centrum. It's a 5 minute walk to the bus that runs directly to Amsterdam Central Station. It is entirely private with all around terrace and a nice garden with three places to sit. Around fenced and lockable with a nice gate. The house is not suitable for little children.

Located on the central village square of the beautiful village of Ilpendam, our large house with a modern and luxuriously furnished studio is on the ground floor. Ilpendam is a picturesque village near Amsterdam, in 10 minutes by bus you are at Amsterdam Central Station. You have a view of the garden and the adjacent park with butterfly garden and playground. Parking is free in front of the door.
