Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Enjoy our unique accommodation in a beautiful location with a fantastic view. You can enjoy the peace, the water and the view here. Our floating chalet has a lot of glassware so that you retain the unobstructed view. You are close to Amsterdam, Volendam and Monnickendam. Enough activity in the area, so that you can decide for yourself whether you want to enjoy the peace and quiet or seek out the hustle and bustle. There is a terrace and a floating balcony. There is also parking at the chalet.

Please read the advertisement carefully before booking. I would love to make you welcome in our wonderful home in Hoogedijk. Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

This cosy apartment is a hidden gem in the centre of a peaceful little village but only 15 minutes by bus from Amsterdam central station! This small village has all dutch characteristics. Old wooden houses, relaxed atmosphere, a local brown cafe and a mini shop. You’ll fall in love with it easily! Walk or cycle along green meadows, cows and farms. In the old center of characteristic and unique Broek in Waterland in a barn rebuilt in 2017 behind the farm. Entirely private home with access (self check-in). Split-level with private garden. Downstairs (24 m2) is the living room with sofa, mini kitchen, dining area and separate bathroom and toilet. On the loft is the bedroom with double bed, plenty of closet space, hang and lay. WiFi available. There are two bicycles (Veloretti) for rent, 10.00 per bicycle per day.

I would like to welcome you to my unique location in the middle of the countryside of Waterland. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. The ferry is, by the way, private property, and is only used by my guests.

An apartment with beautiful views over the Gouwzee. In a quiet location along the dike on the 1st floor of a farmhouse from 1880. Located in Katwoude between Monnickendam and Volendam, within walking distance of the bus stop to Amsterdam, among other things. The apartment has its own entrance and space to store any bicycles inside. On the spacious farmyard, there are plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the peace, space and nature.

The Practice

A lovely luxury accommodation with all the comforts, in the beautiful rural village of Broek in Waterland. 20 minutes away from Amsterdam city center. It is a five-minute walk to the bus that runs directly to Amsterdam Central Station. It is completely private with a terrace all around and a beautiful garden with three places to sit. Fenced all around and lockable with a nice gate. The house is not suitable for small children.

It's a 2-floor house ideal for a couple or small family. It is located in a residential area in the center of Volendam, in 3-5 minutes walking distance from the most popular places: the old harbour, bars & restaurants, shops, supermarkets, the Volendams museum & Saturday's market. Living in a typical dutch house, but also close to all places of touristic interest is a unique combination that will make your stay fantastic!

Op De Noord – Rural Amsterdam

Located on the central village square of the beautiful village of Ilpendam, our large house with a modern and luxuriously furnished studio is on the ground floor. Ilpendam is a picturesque village near Amsterdam, in 10 minutes you can be at Amsterdam Central Station by bus. You have a view of the garden and the adjacent park with butterfly garden and playground. Parking is free in front of the door.
