Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, set amongst 115 acres of a David Bellamy awarded park in the rural heart of Northamptonshire. The park itself boasts lakes and walks, fishing, outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), The Pine Trees Bar and Kitchen overlooking the lakes, serving food all day (including breakfast) and live entertainment at the weekends. At the top of the park you can find a well stocked shop, laundrette, hair dressers, an all weather tennis and bowls courts.

The Barn at Cross Lodge

Unique barn conversion in the village of Walgrave, Northamptonshire. Originally the 200 year old building housed farm animals and in 2023 it was converted into a fully furnished property with underfloor heating, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and large floor space that can be used as a gym. There is private parking in the courtyard area with an outdoor dining table and grapevine backdrop which captures the sun all day long making it a lovely space to relax in. Any questions please ask. You will be greeted by the picturesque surroundings of the park and there is also an excellent selection of lakeside walks. Please note any branded work vehicles are not allowed on site and must be parked at the pub next door.

Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.

At end of a private road and only 3 miles from Northampton Town centre. Close to village pubs, lots of lovely walks from our door, parks and country park reservoir.

The Pheasantry

A listed (Grade 2) three hundred years old stone farmhouse, our beloved family home for over fifty years. It is in the old part of the village in a half acre garden. 1 hour or less from London, Oxford, Cambridge, Stratford and many stately homes. Ideal for family gatherings, friends' re-unions and for wedding guests. The Space The house is our family home used by us. We reserve four or five weeks a year for our children, grandchildren and friends.
