Surrounded by historic farms directly on the village square, with great views of the mountains and everything you need in the immediate vicinity. The south apartment on the 2nd floor is the smallest of our apartments. It has also been lovingly restored, is flooded with light, has a gallery and a ceiling height of over 5m, and the south-facing balcony offers pure mountain views.

Charming & comfortably furnished attic apartment with high ceilings, exposed beams, sunny west balcony, fireplace and open living/dining area families suitable. Our 80 sqm apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, directly below King Ludwig II's fairytale castle Neuschwanstein and overlooks Hohenschwangau Castle. In 15 minutes you will be on foot at the Alpsee and on the ascent to the castles. We start many beautiful hikes/ bike tours. Schwangau is 2.6 km away, Füssen 4.2 km away.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 1,400 sq. ft., 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. A pull-out sofa in the upper bedroom, as well as on the couch in the living area, can still be used for another 2 people with prior arrangement. Please see our website for detailed information.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

We offer a very special wooden house with barrel sauna right at the gateway to the Allgäu. Centrally located to take numerous excursions or simply spend a few nice days in a sustainably built and furnished house. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled! Top equipped Bulthaup kitchen, large solid oak wood table in the center. On the terrace, a charcoal grill is waiting to be fired up and in the large garden, a trampoline and fireplace make hearts beat faster.

Small house, rich breakfast, organic, homemade

Former farm building of the forester's lodge, rebuilt in 2006, very quietly located in the middle of nature, wide view over the fields and meadows. The Adelindis thermal bath can be reached in Bad Buchau, 5 km away, and other thermal baths are within a radius of about 25 km. The summer house is not suitable for children under 4 years of age and not for people with disabilities, as the sleeping compartment can only be reached via the steep ladder.

This extensively renovated apartment is in a great condition and extends to the mezzanine of a farmhouse built in the 1930s, which has been refurbished with a lot of love for detail. The entire apartment with its individual atmosphere is at your disposal. Here you can breathe deeply undisturbed! The farmhouse is located almost in a secluded location (a direct neighbor), surrounded by meadows and forests in the beautiful East Allgäu.

The lovingly furnished, light-flooded apartment with its own entrance from the garden is located in a settlement house on the Halblech.
