This place was great! not only did they have a few drinks and snacks out in the kitchen but they also left us a bottle of wine! I've never seen an Airbnb host do that and I myself personally loved it. I would recommend Madison's place to anybody who is looking at it. She's very nice and responsive and very flexible on check in times. She gets five stars all the way around

We had a great stay in Homosassa! Tim was very responsive and easy to reach. The home was in a perfect location and the boathouse had so many kayaks and paddle boards our family could use. Also the beds were very comfortable! We would stay here again!

Richard was one of the best hosts I have worked with. Extremely proactive and cared about his guest experience. The home was impecably clean inside and outside. The home had everything anyone would need. I worked remote from the home and high speed internet was never a problem. I was on a few video calls as well...no issues. We plan on staying again when we come into town. Wonderful experience. Loved our stay.

Our 2nd stay here. The house is so unique with its furnishings and spacious layout. Large great room and separate sunroom overlooking wildlife salt marshes and pier and river. Special treat to see mother Manatee and calf near the dock. Enjoyed off pier crabbing and having crab at the Freezer. Almost nightly sunsets and tropical scenery of true Old Homosassa. Had a great time and recommend this place for a private, quiet vacation with lots to do.
