Beautiful house, spotlessly clean, easy car parking and very comfy beds. Would recommend.

I find Typhaine's accommodation remarkable. Tastefully furnished in terms of decor. It's also very functional. We can leave the door open to nature and calm. Naturally cool inside thanks to very thick walls and made the old-fashioned way! No need for air conditioning when it's very hot outside! My work requires me to travel often, I will be happy to stay there again!

We stayed with friends in this beautiful and large house. The renovation is tasteful and of good quality, it is aesthetically beautiful and the amenities are numerous. The kitchen in particular. The garden and terrace are pleasant. In the evening, we are comfortably settled inside... to read a book in front of the fireplace. Bedrooms and toilets are upstairs. Thank you to Dagmar and Guy for their hospitality and responsiveness to our requests.

Accommodation faithful to the description, very well thought out and the description before arrival was very accurate with a "house guide" very well explained and pleasant to read. 10 min from St Grégoire where we had to go. Great. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent stay in this house! It is well-fitted and equipped. Quiet and in a green setting without being isolated because it is very quick and easy to access (10 min from Ker Lann, 15 min from Rennes). There are also nice walks nearby. Both bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious. The entire accommodation is very clean, the information given is clear and we had the opportunity to meet the owner who was very friendly. I highly recommend it.

We had a very good stay in Rennes. The apartment is very nice and spacious, it is located in a beautiful quiet residence. The advantages are that it has parking and that you are ten minutes from the city center (restaurant, bars...). Another reservation at Florian's for my stay in Rennes. This accommodation is very well maintained and offers proximity to the EHESP. The city center is a 20-minute walk, a bus stop for the center is located in front of the accommodation allowing you to easily get to several corners of Rennes. Florian was very responsive and available. I highly recommend this accommodation!
