Studio ( well secluded ) sea view, in Classified Villa, at the top of the beach, city center, 3rd without asc., shops on foot, market 500m away, GR34 downstairs. Easy parking, free on the street 140x190 bed, bathroom, kitchen (stovetop, ovens, permanent filter coffee makers, and Senseo ), kettle, hairdryer, wifi, radio, TV. Narrow spiral staircase from the 2nd to the 3rd floor (photos).

Cozy 2-room apartment 2 steps from the center of Dinard and the beaches

Apartment on the 1st floor. Staircase is a little steep. Bookings with children will not be accepted. One bedroom with 140 x 200 bed. Prieuré Beach is a 2-minute walk, L'Ecluse Beach, market and city center are 10 minutes away, bakery and bus stop are 100 m away. Free parking on the boulevard. This listing is located in an old house, the soundproofing is not perfect, you can hear the floors creaking above and you can be heard below. Thank you for your discretion

Studio flat, 28m2, located on the 1st floor of a quiet residence, bright, 5 min walk from the market, the moonlight stroll and the Prieuré beach, 10 min from the town centre and the Écluse beach. Free on-street parking. Accessibility : the studio is not wheelchair accessible. However, there is a lift in the building, which requires ten or so steps to be climbed beforehand. Independent access is possible via a secure key box. Wifi Rated 2 stars since 2020.
