Highly recommended, If you like space, freedom, a friendly host and privacy. This was the perfect base for us to then visit the beautiful beaches and discover the area. Less than 10/12 min from the beach and return to a detached house with great views. We stayed here in mid-June. In terms of temperature, it was just possible to do this at night. We as Dutch people might have found it too hot in August. All in all a great place that is worth more than your money. 10/10!

For us it was the perfect place to stay. Charming, well designed apartment with unbelievable views of Modica. The terrace was ideal to have a glass of wine in a quiet area overlooking the city. You will encounter more cats that people here, still, it only takes few minutes taking the stairs to be in the very center of the town. If we are lucky to come back, we will try to stay here again.

Beautiful apartment in the center of Avola, very hospitable and very clean. Equipped with a large terrace where you can have breakfast in the open air and enjoy the silence of the evening. A stone's throw from the center, you can reach numerous places and monuments on foot. The host, very kind, welcomed us and accompanied us to the checkout in an impeccable and professional manner. A beautiful oasis of peace in nature, a stone's throw from the nature reserve and about a 10-minute walk from the sea. The small apartment has everything you need, even for cooking. The apartment is located at the end of a dirt road and you need a car to reach places in the region. Serafina was a helpful host, she helped us find what we needed and gave us very useful directions to explore the nature reserve and the Noto region.

We had a lovely week in this charming property. The location is uniquely peaceful and unlike anywhere else we have stayed. The house is traditional in style and the pool was fantastic. Our 2 children loved roaming around the orchard and adored feeding the animals and collecting eggs from the hens. Gioacchino is a great host and very welcoming, he was on hand for any assistance but also very discreet at maintaining the large grounds whilst respecting guests privacy. We loved hearing all about the fruit and vegetables produced at the property. The shop just up the road is well stocked and has good quality items. A wonderful place to stay in this area of Sicily, we hope to return!

We were happy to stay at Lorenzo's place. The place is really peaceful, quiet and restful. You can stroll quietly, choose the best place to settle in for an aperitif, having the pleasure of tasting the very good wine and sausage produced and offered by the owners. The house is also 15 minutes away from Comiso airport. Our only regret is that the weather didn't allow us to enjoy the beautiful pool which is a real invitation to swim! This is a very nice place that I would recommend!

A lovely, contemporary, comfortable home with great showers and comfortable beds. Our only issue was the distance from Noto, on a challenging road, which was much further than expected. Carlo and Stella went out of their way to respond to our needs.

A Memorable Family Stay ! We had a fantastic family holiday at Ville Vacanze Cavaliere d’Italia near Noto— 4 adults (parents and sons) ideal for relaxation and exploration. The setting was stunning, surrounded by Sicilian scenery, with a modern, comfortable house and a highlight: the pool with sea views. The location was perfect for discovering baroque towns, markets, and coastal routes. Our Airbnb host Ivan and local contact Dino were exceptional—friendly, helpful, and attentive, always ready to help with tips or support when needed. A thoughtful welcome package with local products added a warm touch. We highly recommend this place for a perfect mix of comfort, culture, and nature in beautiful Sicily. David and Family

Must stay if you get the chance. Luca was extremely friendly and responsive - he created a chat group before check-in to help us manage the process. He also had a list of recommendations, which we used to guide our first night in the area! House is peaceful and tidy - all amenities were there as indicated. We had no problem finding it (recommend adding the location earlier as there is limited 4g in the area). Highly recommend.

We (6 adults, one toddler) had a fantastic time at the villa! It is very charming, with the perfect blend of historic character and modern amenities. It has everything you need for a great stay. The location is very peaceful and yet well connected. A large store selling groceries and other stuff you may need is a few minutes drive away, and there are restaurants and markets nearby in Pozzalo. We mostly cooked dinner at home since we loved eating outside on the veranda. We also enjoyed the infinity pool. The villa serves as an excellent base for day trips to places such as Siracusa, Modica, Villa Romana del Casale, Marzamemi, and Ragusa. William and Antonella are the most welcoming hosts, and they shared lots of great suggestions for things to do in the area. It was a pleasure meeting them, and we hope to visit again!

There was a misunderstanding about the location of the house. But that is well resolved by Marisella and her husband. The house is with all the comforts and very clean. The roof terrace has an amazing sea view and starry sky. The sandy beach is literally across the street. Beautifully clear water and in October it is a private beach. There are many sweet cats living around the house. Our daughter thought that was a very nice bonus. The house is very quiet. You will need a car for groceries or restaurants. They're great hosts and quick to respond.

If you really want to switch off and are looking for almost untouched beaches, you will find exactly that here. We were here with two small children for four nights and had an excellent time. Everything is as described, very clean and wonderful. It is important that you have a car available. The only restaurant on the beach was not open at the end of May. Supermarkets are also reachable only by car. This is not a criticism of the accommodation at all, it just needs to be planned. We would come back.

From the moment we arrived, Guiseppe made us feel completely at home - meeting us in person and even helping with parking on a busy road was so kind and above and beyond. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches, from the treats left for us to the fresh fruit, it was a real taste of Sicilian hospitality! Guiseppe was always available and made everything feel easy and relaxed. The terrace was absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset, and the peaceful surroundings made it a perfect place to unwind. We also loved how close it was to the centre of Noto, just a short walk to great restaurants and the charming old town. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would wholeheartedly recommend staying here to anyone.

We felt very comfortable, the apartment is super equipped and clean. The communication was really good, the reception was warm and all the people in the area were totally friendly. This accommodation is 100% recommended and we thank you for everything!

The house is amazing. On 2 floors with 3 beds and 3 bathroom, new and clean. The architect and designer have done a terrific job. You also have a terrace with sunchairs, dining table and a bbq. Great location. 5-10 minutes walk from the main touristic road, overlooks a beautiful square and church, down you have two amazing cafes and one of the best restaurants in town (ristorante crocifisso). Great welcome from Silvia who provided flexibility on check-in and helped with a couple of bespoke requests. Family friendly - you can request cot and baby chair. Spaces work well for a family stay. Convenient, you can park your car just below the house, plenty of free parking underneath. The only things to note: - Steep stairs inside the house. You can close the doors if you have a baby. But if anyone has problems with mobility maybe not ideal - The church ring the bells a few times a day starting at 8am and ending at 8pm. Although the rooms are well shielded

The house and location were fantastic for us! We couldn't stop enjoying the peace and let the view wander over the beautiful countryside. The house is very nicely decorated and ideal for 2 persons. The facility is functional, without unnecessary stuff. Communication with Melissa was top notch. We really enjoyed it and would come back right away.
