Jasmines place is a gem! In a very peaceful area, beautiful view to walk out to every morning. The outside deck was a huge plus, very cozy. She not only gave us good food recommendations but was very flexible with our check out time. Would recommend to anyone!

Stayed at Angela’s beach condo for a week and a half and loved it so much! So nice to have a dedicated parking spot as we’ve stayed in this neighborhood before and sometimes finding parking can be tricky. It was wonderful to be close to the beach and my favorite PB restaurants - I could easily walk to get coffee, pastries, tacos, and a great local yoga studio. Would love to be back in the future - thanks for a great trip Angela!

Plenty of space in this little apartment, and you can’t beat the location—Mission Beach is literally just a few feet from the front door. Big thanks to Daniel, who responded quickly when I had trouble with the lock (turned out to be user error on my part!). The apartment was clean, well-kept, and looked just like the photos. The location is a perfect 10/10. We really appreciated the extra touches—beach chairs and boogie boards were available for us to use, which we loved. There's also a hose on the side of the property, so rinsing off after the beach was super easy—we didn’t even need to walk down to the public showers by Belmont Park like we usually do. Overall, a great stay!

This wonderful find was amazing!! Beautiful decor, not cluttered, very clean and everything had a place and easy to find. They made sure that if you forgot something, they had it there for you! Richard literally thought of everything, we were amazed!! Very cozy outside with a lovely fireplace to sit around and beds to sit in the sun 😎 If you stumble across this place, you will not be disappointed ! We had a lovely stay at Rob’s. The location is impossible to beat with amazing restaurants, bars and coffee shops all in walking distance. The space is small as it is a studio but it was perfect for a long weekend with myself and my husband. Communication was extremely fast and everything was smooth as can be with our hosts!

Absolutely loved this place for my birthday/girls trip! It was a less than 5 min walk to the beach with SO many restaurants and bars nearby. Would 100% recommend this listing anyone! 1 bathroom was a scary part of the listing, but having the sink outside of the toilet and shower really helps. Also, they are NOT joking about the garage. It’s a small squeeze so make sure the dimensions of your car fit the dimensions provided. Overall , fantastic!

The location is unbeatable!! Neighbors were friendly and we felt so safe! We loved the upstairs perch and the common area that was outside!

We had a great stay! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The enclosed yard was a nice bonus for our pup, and the location was perfect and to all our favorite spots.

Had a great stay! The lock of the main door is a bit strange and should be replaced, as well as the pillows of the bed, these should also be replaced. Otherwise, was nice and I would stay here again.

The apartment was so close to all the restaurants and easy to get to anywhere within around 15 minutes drive. Tina was an amazing host and on hand to answer any questions.

Such an amazing place! My husband and I have been meeting up with our friends for 6 years now and this is the first time a kid has joined us. My son loved the beach and it was so nice to be so close and to have our own space but to also be able to walk to restaurants and things around. Kiran was so kind and was able to answer any questions we had very quick. We’ve already talked about going again!!

This was a wonderful place to stay. My wife, my two children, and myself stayed here for three nights. Everything was a breeze, and we had everything that we needed. Mugs, glasses, plates, etc. were all provided. This is so conveniently located. You are within a three minute walk to Starbucks, a four minute walk to the beach, and a four minute walk to outstanding restaurants nearby. The area is safe, clean, and quiet. This place is ideal for a small family that is bringing only one car. If you bring more than one car, you have to park publicly on the side of the street, which is very inconvenient in my opinion. Geoff provided everything for us, including an extra twin size bed, sand toys for the beach, beach, chairs, and beach towels. We would love to stay with Jeff again.

Great location on Mission Beach. Emmy's book of local suggestions was great for finding good food in the area. Centrally located to all different San Diego attractions which was great. Loved the beach being right outside the door as well as the ability to walk all around Mission Beach. My family and I even walked to Pacific beach. Emmy was wonderful with checking in on my family. I would definitely recommend.

Very nice place. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. If ever in San Diego again, my family will definitely stay here again.
