Holiday rentals with a patio in Pacific Beach

Our stay was great! The place was clean and had exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway. The view was spectacular and access to the beach was super easy! Our only challenge was gps routing us to a different place, but the condo was nearby and we were able to find our way! 10/10 reccommend!

The house is newly remodeled so it’s new and clean. We have kids so they appreciate the toys and games they found in the house You just need to pay attention to the instructions on how to find it. If you put the address in Google map, it will take you to a wrong house

We found the home just as the photos and description said, very comfortable and homey. Filled with some antiques and lots of fun vintage decor and usable items. A very quiet location surrounded by trees with a small view of the bay. We loved their little "beach" in the yard as well as patio with chairs and table, fire pit and waterfall with tiny koi pond. The house had everything we needed and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. They were responsive to our one need of clarification on using the TV streaming services and getting that running for us. We would rent from Judy again if in the area.

A modest but lovable vintage apartment in Ocean Shores-- staff at the hotel front desk were wonderful. Excellent value.

We’ll be back! Great place to stay if going to go clamming in the early mornings. Super close to the beach and love the high ceilings. The kids had so much fun with the animals and being able to feed them. Thank you for being so responsive!

Located in small town with limited food options. Arrived late at night and check-in was easy.

This A-frame was a great spot for our family, listing is very accurate with our experience. We were happy to stay here as a weekend getaway and loved the short walk to the beach. Heads up to other dog owners, there are a ton of burs in the yard making it difficult for our pup! This is beyond the owner’s control but something to be mindful of. The beach also has lots of foxtail grass.

Outstanding is how I'd describe our experience! It was everything we could have hoped for. Fantastic location, great amenities and perfect for us and our dog. It is now our #1 favorite place to stay on the coast. Looking forward to more getaways to this wonderful gem! Hubie & Heather

Maggie and Jordan's home is in a beautiful, peaceful location. From the moment I started communicating with Maggie, I knew we would be happy there. The home has had a very nice recent remodel, and their coffee maker is the nicest drip machine I've ever seen. The built-in bean grinder was unexpected! The beds - including the sofa bed - were very comfortable. Sitting at the kitchen table drinking coffee and suddenly having a deer appear was a highlight! If the weather had been warmer, I'm sure I would have spent hours on the deck, soaking in the views! But the views from the front windows are basically the same as from the deck, so it's a win-win! There is a flight of stairs to the front door, on the same level as the main living area. On a bad knee day, that might have been somewhat of a challenge for me, so something to consider. But I loved the house enough that I'd probably fight through it to be there! Lovely house, lovely hosts - I'd highly recommend!

What a cute and comfortable house! We are 6 ladies who came to run the relay in town and felt so at home here. Seabrook is the absolute cutest town and Kiki’s place was a great location. Quiet, yet walkable everywhere. The hot tub was so wonderful after a long day of running! Super comfy beds too. We loved the front porch with awesome chairs and the garden area, great decor and well stocked kitchen- also so super clean! Thank you so much, we’d love to stay here again!

Really enjoyed the weekend away at this place. About 5-8 minutes away from the dog friendly beach. The fire pit in the back was a great addition. Would stay here again.

Beyond the Dollar Value! Two Sisters is get-a-way home that transports you to sheer elegance. Everything was impeccably clean and magazine gorgeous. Two Sisters were very responsive and helpful. I wish they had Airbnbs everywhere I went in the USA.

The highlights of this location were the walking path by the beach and you can walk to one brewery for food which was nice to walk to from the condo. MeLissa did warn us about the construction ahead of time, which was actually very quiet so it didn’t disturb us. The pool and hot tub are in a shared community area. The apartment also overlooks a parking lot and is on the first floor so there are quite a number of people walking by the apartment. The walking path by the beach was definitely a highlight. The Merino’s seafood place had excellent seafood.

Fletcher and Janet's place was exactly what we needed to get away for a long weekend. The check in was easy, the owners were friendly and helpful. Loved the hot tubs and outdoor patio space.

Overall very happy with our 3-night stay at Lia’s over Memorial Day weekend and would definitely come back. The location is terrific — with a partial view of the ocean from the balcony and beach access adjacent to the side of our building and a 1.2 mile paved path parallel to the beach. Loved the community amenities — heated saltwater pool, hot tub, workout room, and mini put-put. The 1-bdrm condo is spacious and very comfortable and includes a great-sized TV with all of the streaming services, washer and dryer in unit, kitchen appliances, and a jetted tub in the bathroom — which my 11-year-old thought was an amazing bonus. Only complaints were: (1) Only given 2 sets of towels initially even though reservation was for 3 people; (2) Bathroom towel racks were broken and need replacement / fixing; (3) Noticeable stains on the carpet and some scuffed up walls. Finally, there is still construction in the complex - but not active work while we were there. I would rate 4.7 out of 5.

My family greatly enjoyed our stay! You can tell David is very thoughtful when it comes to his place and things people could need while traveling. We traveled with 4 kids - ages 1 to 11. He had things to accommodate all of them. My older ones loved the games that were provided. Bunk beds were fun. There was a pack n play and high chair so we were able to travel lighter. He even had plastic ware and a kid’s life jacket which were great! The first day was on the cooler end but we enjoyed the heated pool, club house, and toured the town. Everyone was very friendly and kind. Lots of sweet neighbors and friendly dogs. The second day the sun was out so we walked to the beach and found lots of treasures! We started both mornings with deer right in view of the dinning area - including some babies. My kids were in awe! Communication and check in were easy. It truly was such a great trip! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting an ocean getaway.

Really nice place, precisely as advertised. Kitchen is very well stocked. The unit was very clean. Plenty of space. Very kid friendly, comes with books and toys. Host is VERY responsive and helpful. overall 10/10, would book again. A few things for future bookers: It is in a condo building, and if you are a light sleeper, just watch out for this. There is no direct access to the beach without walking on a main road, but it is about a 5 min walk to the nearest beach. The closest beach allows cars on it and you will need to drive to get to a beach with no cars on it.

This was the perfect Thanksgiving getaway! Even though the unit was on the ground floor, we had a peek-a-boo view of the ocean waves between the adjacent building and the grassy dune of the State Park bordering this condominium complex. It was a 1 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach. Alternately, you could walk a paved trail in the grassy dunes that parallels the beach and follow it all the way to the marina (2.5 miles away), the viewing tower, and a strip of cute shops and places to eat. Along the way, you can watch the surfers catch waves near the jetty. On a sunny day, two days after Thanksgiving, we counted 50 surfers out in the ocean. Burrr!! Annett was a great host. Because of a technical problem at our original AirBnB, we contacted Annette the evening before Thanksgiving looking for a place the following day. She was very responsive and her place was very comfortable with a full kitchen that we easily assembled the Thanksgiving dinner we had brought with us. We may be back!

The "penthouse" is lovely, great view, close to the beach, well equipped, and super comfortable. It is up two flights of stairs, the second especially narrow and steep, so just be aware.
