Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles

Out of all the places I have stayed at, Kelsey’s is the only one where I felt really sad to leave. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, the soaps smelled so good that I’m going to purchase some for myself, and the view is insane. The kitchen was surprisingly stocked. It had everything you could need. The cabinets were labeled, making it very easy to locate what you need to cook your own meals. I was extremely comfortable there and would love to stay again in the future.

Our second time staying here and it was just as good as the first. It is a gem and the perfect place to spend quality family time together. Beautiful!

Their house is incredible, they were very fast to respond to all inquiries, we desperately needed a crib and they came over to put one together for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Raymond made us feel right at home - welcoming, responsive, and an all-around great host. The house was beautiful, super clean, had very cool decor, and the most comfortable beds ever! We loved the roof deck and enjoyed sitting up there for morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening. The location was ideal – quick walk to the beach, close to hip shops, restaurants, etc. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice, and we look forward to staying here again the next time we are in the area.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about David and Helena’s home and surroundings! The views are spectacular from every window in a quiet and meditative locale. From the beautiful, zen-like decor to the comfortable beds, to the fabulous gourmet kitchen, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay while we were visiting for our daughter’s wedding. David and Helena were attentive, responsive hosts making our visit seamlessly pleasant. We are grateful to have experienced a wonderful retreat!

The location is great. Everything is nearby and you can even take a walk to the beach within 15 minutes, which was perfect for me. The area has all the shops and restaurants you need, so I didn't have to go far for anything. I liked the place - it was clean and comfortable with everything I needed for my stay. The host is very caring and responsive - she made sure I had everything I needed. I really really liked her and how welcoming she was from the moment I arrived.

I heard my daughters say this was the best rental we’ve ever stayed in—and I completely agree! The place was spotless, everything was high quality, and we made full use of the fantastic amenities. Hosts Michael and Anita were incredibly responsive and shared all the helpful information in advance. We actually ended up spending more time enjoying the property than sightseeing. This will definitely be our must-stay on any future trips to California!

Wow, what an incredible two days! This unit truly exceeded my expectations. It had everything I needed and so much more. The beauty of the canyon left me in awe, and there was something magical about savoring breakfast while soaking in that breathtaking morning view. I felt completely at peace, especially since I didn’t come across anyone else during my stay—such a perfect sense of privacy! The apartment was clean and had a terrific view. We loved the neighborhood and walked by the ocean everyday.

The way Cliff treated us as guests really touched my heart. To say he goes above and beyond is an understatement. The location was literally perfect for us and it’s such a great deal. It really is a private place. We felt nice and tucked away.

A stay at this location should be the standard for all airbnbs! Absolutely wonderful location and decor, it was easy to feel right at home the moment we walked through the door. I felt extremely safe and the walkability in downtown Santa Monica can’t be beat. Joe was incredibly responsive to any questions I had and the checkout was standard to a hotel. Other airbnb’s could take a lesson in the friendly demeanor, clean facility, clear instructions and stress free checkout. Highly recommend!

Liza and Pascal are phenomenal hosts! They are hospitable, attentive, and accessible! I appreciated Liza checking in on us to make sure we were comfortable, and her readiness to recommend great places to eat and fun things to do in the area. If I had a question, she answered within minutes. The house is beautiful! It is clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. This was my first time using Airbnb, and I could not have asked for a better experience!

My daughter picked out Jean’s lovely home for her Birthday celebration. We’re a pretty mellow family and enjoy a cozy and elegant home to celebrate in with great surroundings. This was just perfect. Loved the home so much. Really great living room to watch movies, nice kitchen, comfy bedrooms and lots of yard space for our dogs. Nice hot tub. Really interesting architecture. Amazing huge windows, high ceilings, and the fireplace was a masterpiece. Beautiful trees and bamboo in the yard. Lots of quiet places to relax and destress. Best dog walking neighborhood. Loved it!

Amazing property , great location not too far from everywhere you’d want to be in LA.

Great place. Plenty of room for our family if 8. Loved the little extras ( snacks, laundry detergent, paper towels). Not far from all the tourist attractions. Community was very quiet.

Vanessa helped make our stay absolutely incredible and it was a once in a lifetime experience. She made us feel right at home with all the amenities taken care of, her stay was equipped with absolutely everything you can need for your stay; from cookware to snacks, even sunscreen because we definitely forgot to pack it. Leading up to the stay, Vanessa also kindly provided us lots of recommendations on what to do and what to see during our short stay. The purpose of our trip was for my brother-in-law to propose to his girlfriend and from the beginning to end of this plan, Vanessa and her assistants were there to help facilitate the process making everything truly so easy to coordinate. We’re so thankful for Vanessa and her team’s hospitality and I would strongly recommend Vanessa’s place in Malibu for everyone looking to visit.

We had a great stay at Stephen's place. It has a fabulous view, it was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. But the best part is the pool and hot tub!

This place has amazing views and is in a great location. Colby & Conrad were quick to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend this if you're looking for a wow factor in a rental.
