Clare's place is at a prime location, especially if you have dogs, the dog beach is right there. The property = lifestyle + living, great area downstairs for a BBQ and games. Place was neat and tidy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

House was very spacious and comfortable, right next to the beach was only about a couple seconds walk, perfect for spending the whole day there! Perfect walking distance from the shops as well

One of the best locations of a BnB that I have ever stayed at. Helen's place was super comfortable and her communication was prompt and friendly. The place was clean and had everything we needed. I would love to come back in the summer time to take advantage of this beautiful waterfront location, but even in the winter, this stay was great! I have no hesitation in recemmending this place, we loved it!

Perfect home away from home, close to the beach. Good communication with hosts. Bicycles are a nice addition to explore the area and EV charging port is super useful too.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much. Only thing, we weren’t aware of so many stairs, which made it hard for our elderly parents to move easily. We just didn’t realise it while we were booking. The place is stunning. Loved in particular the bed linen. Would have like a few more pots/ frying pan and maybe a chair to get to the top shelves, there are many top shelves. Generally we enjoyed our stay very much.

Was clean well equipped and catered to accomodate the whole family. Dog friendly. The family preference was if the bbq was in the upstairs balcony, would have been great especially with mozzies around. Very happy and enjoyed the weekend. Felt at home.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, offering great recommendations for local spots and checking in to make sure all was well. The property itself was stunning! It was beautifully decorated, clean, and had all the amenities I could have asked for. The space was both cosy and stylish, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a fantastic host and a lovely property. Will definitely return!

This is more than a beach shack! There is everything you need, as well as a beautiful interior, surroundings and location. I would definitely stay here again. Had the best time :)

We had a wonderful mini-holiday at Piccola Positano, despite the weather not being great. We found Tom and Liz's place even nicer than in the photos, which is rare, and absolutely loved listening to the sound of the ocean from the front porch. So relaxing! The place was clean and tidy, the beds were really comfy, the pool was huge and the garden was lovely. Sunset there was beautiful. The beach is just a very short stroll down the front yard but if you don't want to have to go through the prickly grass, you can drive there in about 30 seconds (or walk along the street and be there in a few minutes). The cafe Tom and Liz recommended was delicious, and again just a short drive or walk away. The local pub also served good food. Taree and Forster are about a 30 minute drive. We highly recommend!!

My visit was to catchup with my 2 besties from high school who we hadn’t been together for 36 years. It was so nice to have a place where we could stock up stay in and prepare meals and relax. As you could imagine we had lots to talk about so staying in was the best option for us. Lori’s hospitality and her beautiful apartment was just what we needed. Great kitchen with an outdoor bbq on a big verandah. Super comfy bed and as new bathrooms. Perfect! We will be back! Loved it! Thanks again Lori!

Narelle’s place is situated perfectly 2 mins walk from beautiful Little Beach and other attractions/activities in this area of Port Stephens. The apartment was beautiful and spotless with a fully stocked kitchen with everything you may possibly need as well as games and rackets for the tennis court. Parking was available on site. Additionally Narelle was quick to respond to any queries I had. I would definitely recommend Narelle’s place. I wish I could’ve stayed longer.

I'm from Germany and if I read "Villa", I expect more than a big bungalow with just basics. The amenities like the buttons for the spa need replacing, the stove wasn't in best shape either as you need to light it up with a lighter, which is provided. The main bedroom with the large bed was in fact two single mattresses put together, not so nice to sleep on the hard edge when cuddling your partner.

The location of the house was perfect. The view from the back up to the sweeping hills was mesmerising. A short walk to the beach which, when we stayed, a little too rough for swimming and non-flagged. Another short walk to shops and eateries in the little town. Driving to a number of other beaches in the area, such as Pacific Palms, is easy and many beaches are flagged and manned by life savers. Kitchen supplies were plentiful, as was utensils and cooking equipment with a nice big fridge. Although not air conditioned all the fans were enough and none of them were noisy. Highly recommend Lazuli.

We felt right at home at Cindy’s place. Very clean and tidy, and overall a really lovely place to stay. Cindy was responsive, and very easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

The house was in a fantastic location with breathtaking ocean views. It was beautifully decorated and well-stocked with everything we needed. The welcome gift of limoncello spritz and chocolate was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated. We especially loved staying in the Blueys Beach area. What a stunning and peaceful place with so much to explore! We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Lee was very kind to open up her wonderful home to us! Spectacular views, super easy access to the beach and local cafes, and the kitchen and bathrooms were super tidy and had all the right utensils. Would highly recommend staying.

We were very happy with the house which suited our needs perfectly and the location was beautiful. Being so close to the beach and hearing the waves at night was so peaceful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Chill-Out cottage. Check-in was super easy. It’s a great property for families with dogs. The dog friendly One Mile beach is just around the corner, our doggies were thrilled. The cottage was very comfortable, spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. There are books, games, puzzles for rainy days and we enjoyed watching Binge and Netflix in the evenings. We will definitely return.

The Anchorage was absolutely beautiful, well maintained and very cozy! Beautiful decorated, to create a warm and minimalist vibe! Loved everything about it, definitely will come back here! Highly recommend!

A fabulous home in a beautiful location! Claudia was a wonderful host and offered early check in and late check out which was really appreciated as we were moving to a new house in the area and staying in this Airbnb home for a short break whilst waiting for our furniture to arrive. Diamond Daze caters wonderfully with a well appointed kitchen, spacious living areas and comfortable bedrooms as well as a fully fenced yard that our dogs loved. The home fronts onto Diamond beach and access is via a side gate and short walk to a beautiful beach that is dog friendly - super convenient! You feel immediately on holidays when you walk through the home and see the view from the verandah! Highly recommend.
