Holiday rentals with lake access in Paddington Basin

Absolutley loved our stay here, the hosts communication is great and the house is just as described. Would definitley come back in the future!

The word that defines the experience at home is : excellent! The house is wonderful, it has all the utensils you need to live. The kitchen is beautiful and complete, great for those who like to cook. The rooms of the house are perfect, all extremely neat and clean. The house is certainly the best option for those who want to live comfortable, with a beautiful view of the trees. The house is very well located, literally in front of the house it has a bus stop, and the house is a 10-minute walk from the Elizabeth line that connects to all the major points of London. The street is beautiful and quiet, with several markets and even restaurant options nearby. Elena, the owner of the house is a love of person, extremely helpful, attentive, dear and friendly. When we had a single problem with the internet, she immediately spoke to us and we solved it right away! For sure if we return to London we will stay in this house! Elena's place made our trip unforgettable and remarkable!

What a fabulous couple of days we have had at Aimee's place! Aimee was wonderful to deal with, answering any questions in super quick time and so very friendly on meeting us. Such a unique place to stay - absolutely love the way Aimee has done her beautiful home up - we felt so comfy and so enjoyed the boat trips, visits from the gorgeous geese and swans, cats and meeting lovely Bob next door. We felt gutted that we only had a couple of days of our trip left - as would have loved to stay longer and explore more of the area. How lucky are we that Aimee shares her adorable place with us!!! Nur is a very welcoming lovely host, with an adorable toddler my daughter loved playing with. Nur was extremely accommodating and flexible with our check in and check out times. We needed a late check out time which was later than expected, but this was not a problem for Nur, and we were able to leave our luggage all day and collect later. The place is very homely, being Nur's home so there are personal possessions present as you expected. However it is not too cluttered, and we were given a shelf in the fridge and hanging space for our clothes. The beds were freshly made and comfy with a chocolate on each pillow which my daughter loved. There were plenty of clean towels and hot water for a relaxing shower or bath. The place was freshly cleaned and good enough for my standards, however a few minor areas could be cleaner which my mum noticed (who has stayed in more up market places than I have). There was some noise from traffic and aeroplanes, as expected in London.

We had the most marvelous stay at Frida’s place. Far enough away from the center of London to feel like you’re in the country, but close enough to just get on a bus right outside and be in the center of things in 25 minutes. There were three of us and the bedrooms are far enough apart from each other that you can be away from the other people in the house very easily, but commune when you want to. We cooked a lot. The kitchen was great. Used the downstairs outside space a lot to have coffee or to talk or to have beautiful dinner …gorgeous roses right there helped make the atmosphere beautiful. The location of this house is so perfect .. you walk literally three steps and you are at the bus stop. There are a number of different buses that stop there so you can get pretty much anywhere. The tube is about a 12 minute walk and that’s not far. We had a couple of small issues with the hot water, but Frida responded immediately and things were taken care of. I would stay here again !!

Vaida's place was as described. It was very clean, well furnished and quiet. Check-in was a breeze. Vaida was very responsive and turned around any request for assistance very quickly.. We felt right at home. The house is close to the Excel and London City Airport. I will stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

We had a lovely stay. Anna was an amazing host. Anna was always available to answer any questions during our stay. A lovely home. Comfortable and clean . Nice little community . Walking distance to grocery, train and public transit.

The home is exactly as the description and photos suggest. The location is a very peaceful and private location in a lovely area not far from an array of restaurants, takeaways and transport directly into London. The home is spacious, clean and all the amenities you could need. Phil is a great host and very responsive. Will certainly be staying there again.

FIve Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ PLUS Fabulous Communication and location. The apartment was very roomy, with everything we needed. Very clean. In a very quiet area. Only a few minutes walk to get the Thames Clipper Boat, Tube, Train and buses, so not long before we were seeing all the Iconic sights of London. Could not recommend more highly. Wish we had stayed here longer.

Booked this apartment as it was convenient to get to for a film shoot we had at London Excel. Pictures and description matched perfectly, Faisal was super responsive to all of my questions, and we’ll definitely stay here again when the need arises. Great accommodation in a perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay in Sally’s apartment. The location was perfect for visiting the Chelsea flower show and Sloane Square and the atmosphere around Battersea power station was vibrant with lively restaurants and bars. Sally was a very helpful and responsive host and her apartment was extremely comfortable with lovely furnishings and lots of interesting personal touches. Can’t wait for a return visit!

We stayed here as it was conveniently located for a seminar we were attending. The area was incredibly safe and beautiful, located along the Thames. It was about a 30-minute walk through the park to Richmond. There is some airplane noise but was remediated with ear plugs. Miranda is a very responsive host and was able to accommodate us with our specific check in needs.

A group of 7 of us stayed at Amira & Syed’s listing and we couldn’t fault it. It was immaculate and perfect for us travelling to Wembley. Hosts were always so responsive and were able to provide us with the information we asked. Thank you for a great stay🩷

A very cosy flat, nice area. Lovely surroundings . Flat is just as described and shown in photos, very nice modern and clean. Fantastic view of London. Large apartment. Easy 10 walk to the Underground station.

We really enjoyed our stay at Zana’s place! The check in and out were easy, the place was clean and as described, no surprises. Battersea park and Battersea shopping center was a close walk. The apartment was fully stiffed with a lot of thoughtful amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste which I have not seen before. I wish we stayed there longer, and I am already missing it.

We had a lovely stay at Debi’s property. We didn’t know it was so close to the Runnymede memorial trail which quickly became our daily routine. Debi was quick to respond with our questions. Wonderful stay.

Our stay at the cottage was exactly what we required. The location was ideal, the surroundings and grounds were great. The accommodation was great and Jo was a very responsive host. I would recommend the cottage as a great place to stay.

Just what we needed when we stayed locally for a wedding. Marion was great - very responsive and accommodating. The cottage was clean, well equipped and has a beautiful courtyard garden attached.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely house with a beautiful view and nature. The house is spacious and very clean and cozy. This place is perfect for those who are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city. Milly and her husband are very helpful and hospitable. The house has everything you need, special thanks to the owners for the croissants with jam and for the milk and juice xxx. We are really liked the cute details in the form of fresh flowers in each room and on the dining table .We hope that we will definitely return to this wonderful place. We highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful time in the beautiful cottage of Mooi. Really unwinding after the hustle and bustle in London City. The house is provided with everything you might need. We had beautiful weather and then it is wonderful to have breakfast in the garden. The forest next door is a plus! Beautiful is involved and easily accessible as needed. We'd love to come back!

We have stayed at Gale Cottage many times now, it's always hassle free check-in and a good location for us. Nice having a home away from home whilst on holiday.

Lovely accomodation! Although we were only able to stay for a short while, we still had a lovely time. We thoroughly enjoyed the woodland walk (and so did our two chihuahuas). The property was immaculate too. Thank you!
