Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. On the banks of the Saône, come and enjoy the calm in a natural and relaxing setting. the site is suitable for cyclists on European cycle routes (blue route, Eurovélo 6 and green route) and for tourists on the vacation route. It is secure and has a secure shelter for two bikes. This place is close to local restaurants and allows for a small meal. A bike stop for athletes and a real relaxing stop. Another identical accommodation can increase the capacity.

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
