Monthly Rentals in Pajaro

Very simple, clean, and comfy. At the time of this review, one of the neighbors seems to have some pretty vocal dogs that you’ll be able to hear clearly but that didn’t bother us at all. I feel they have a right to speak up in this world as they please. But if that sort of thing bothers you, it’ll be worth taking note of this. (There was a tub of ear plugs by the bed if needed.) No issues with the place. Would recommend!

We stayed here for 3 nights and my family loved the arcade and the backyard. We didn’t have a chance to grill but noticed a functional grill. We were able to cook in the kitchen no problem as well. There were a few hiccups in regard to the tv not turning on but Christian came over immediately and fixed it. The beds were comfortable but it didn’t bother my family but please note there is only 1 shower in the home. My kids loved the arcade area and as family we spent time playing pool and the classic arcade games. The steam gun game is a little tricky to start so probably have an adult with patience load it up but otherwise everything worked great. If you have a big family, lots of kids or a group of friends I think this is a great place to stay. Santa Cruz was 25-30 mins away at all times and you’re also not too far from Monterey. Would highly recommend!

This was an ideal place for me as it was a close, scenic drive to where I was participating in a 3 day dog sports event. The home was quiet, clean, inviting, had all the amenities and a very comfortable bed. I loved having the private outside patio. I especially enjoyed being welcomed by Gary and Irene who were a most delightful couple and gracious hosts.

This apartment was exactly as listed! Beautiful view with small porch that had a small table perfect for a romantic dinner. Surrounding area has a lot of food options and a local saloon downstairs. Walking distance to the mission. Cara was very responsive when it came to asking any questions. I would definitely recommend this location. 10/10 stay!
