The dwelling is located in the village of Ruś, 7km from Olsztyn, on a hill, next to several houses. Spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, sauna, large, bright terrace, BBQ grill, large garden, swings, hammocks, table tennis table. The house has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with a toilet and shower) and an extra toilet.

You can enjoy the view of the lake from the plot as well as from the cottage itself, whether in the morning without getting out of bed or in the evening by the fireplace. The atmosphere of relaxation , a wonderful view of the lake, peace and quiet is a great option for people who want to take a break from the routine of a large city . For active people, a tennis court, a soccer field, and a basketball basket ( graphic of use available on site ).

For lovers of atmospheric places. A clean, spacious and bright studio apartment in a historic Art Nouveau building of a former consulate, with high ceilings and a view of the city square and the town hall tower, on the third (last!) floor, but there is an elevator! Great location, in the heart of the city, 8 minutes walk to the old town, 4 minutes to the AURA shopping center and the main bus and tram stop from where you can get absolutely everywhere (for example, over our beloved City Beach - in 15 minutes)

Grzegorz’s place is amazing. Beautiful house on a lake surrounded by forests. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing time, this is your place. The house is beautifully decorated with an old house charm. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. We also got fresh eggs and milk which was very nice of our host to share and greatly appreciated. The house is located about 15 minutes drive from Szczytno town where you can find great restaurants, cafes, and interesting historical sites. We loved it there and hope to come back there soon.

I can highly recommend this place to all nature-loving people. Every morning I woke up with the chirping of the birds. The surroundings are very peaceful and scenic and the house has a lot of charm. Apartment is spacious, quiet, very clean. It was a nice surprise that they had kids toys and puzzles. Marvelous rooftop balcony! Very private and lots of storage. No blackout curtains in one of the bedrooms. Despite the location it was good to sleep. As it’s on highest floor (with no elevator) it’s not perfect for people who can’t walk lots of stairs. It had 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. Our family with 2 smaller kids still really enjoyed our stay a lot! Highly recommend! 😇
