The newly built Paleros Garden House is located on the ground floor of a two-family house in the village of Paleros, with private parking space and surrounded by a garden with fruit trees and flowers. It is a 15-minute walk and a 5-minute drive from the main square of the village and the beaches. Paleros is a beautiful seaside town, amphitheatrically built in a bay of the Ionian Sea, offering many options for wonderful holidays, while it is half an hour away from Lefkada.

Sea front villa with two floors and swimming pool. The Villa is designed by famous architects and is a very modern loft type villa. It has two bedrooms, 1 big fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and a living room with dining table. The villa has amazing sea and mountain view. There is private outdoor space in front the pool with sea view and outdoor furniture. There is a barbeque place in the backyard with tables where you can enjoy the sitting under olive trees.

Villa Dimi consists of two parts (main residence and guest rooms) separated by a large terrace (patio) that forms one unit together with the terrace in front of the villa and the swimming pool. With incredible views of the sea and the mountains and facing west to enjoy every evening an amazing sunset. All rooms have AC units, mosquito nets, electric shutters and the free WIFI signal is amplified by a Mesh system. The beach and the village centre is 5 min walking

Welcome Home

"Welcome home" is a studio situated in the new part of the town, in the wider area of the Leukadian olive grove. It is just a ten minute walk from the historic centre of the town where one can find many restaurants, bars and shops along the pedestrian road of the marketplace. At the same time, it is only a short drive (about five minutes) from the wetland of the lagoon, and the beaches of Agios Ioannis, Gyra and Kastro. The route is also pleasant by bike.

Located in a small village, just above the beach, our apartment is surrounded by trees and gardens, with perfect outdoor space for an idyllic simple family holiday of swimming & relaxing. With only a few small bars & tavernas, one bakery and one tiny shop the village has just the essentials. Nearby a larger village has more amenities and many seaside bars & restaurants. This is a stone double room (18sq.m.), with a visible wooden roof, bathroom, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, air conditioning, smart tv, open storage and a shared courtyard with a dining area. Our guest house, Fox Tale Guest House, has a garden with a picnic table, a corner with board games and books, bbq, amateur open air cinema just for our guests 1x a week and free parking.
