Welcome to our haven of peace, where we will do our best to ensure that you can explore our beautiful region in the best possible conditions. Our studio, completely renovated in 2024, is nestled in the garden and has independent access. It has a private terrace, while offering you access to the entire garden and terraces. You can also relax in our swimming pool, open from May to October. Breakfast is included.

You have a kitchen equipped with a sink, oven, 2-burner electric stovetop, hood, Malongo coffee maker, fridge, microwave, dishes for 3 people. You also have a large terrace with table, chairs, umbrella and superb sea view.

We have Double Rooms, Deluxe Rooms and the Cabin. In order to see the 3 room types, you must click on my profile as a host to have access to all rooms. Our establishment has a Spa at an additional cost with hammam, sauna and jacuzzi. Located just 6 minutes from the famous village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Le Mas des Arts & Spa welcomes you in a warm and family atmosphere. You can relax around the pool.

Bright top-floor room in a Haussmann-era building, with private balcony overlooking the rooftops of Nice — your morning coffee facing the Riviera sky. Just 3 minutes walk to the Promenade des Anglais and the sea. Optional chef's breakfast at 9:30 AM (€15): golden croissants, homemade French toast, daily cake with rose-lavender-lemon flavors. The cabin is equipped with every comfort, including a coffee machine, a mini-fridge, a walk-in shower, and a chemical toilet. Drinks will be available in the mini-fridge (free).
