Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Palavas-les-Flots

Check-in and check-out was easy. There are clear instructions. On site there was a well-equipped kitchen, with both basics like sugar and flour as well as utensils like different pots and pans, even a crêpe pan :). The pool is small and cold, but it was fun. The house is right next to a large expressway with a toll station, and we often had to pay tolls when we went somewhere. Without a car, getting around is not easy, we had to walk at least 20 minutes to the tram, it ran until 0:00, then it only came back at 5:00. The surrounding area is very beautiful, within 40 minutes we were both in the city center of Montpellier and on breathtaking beaches.

Everything was perfect. Being there for a trade show, I didn't take advantage of the environment (restaurants, shopping...) so I can't comment on that. But I would really recommend this rental, the hosts were very friendly and the apartment was impeccable

An unforgettable stay right on the beach We had a wonderful time in this fantastically located house right by the sea. The location is really the best of the best - after the promenade you are standing directly with your feet in the sand. It doesn't get any better! The house itself was spotlessly clean and very well maintained – you can immediately tell that they work with attention to detail. The personal greeting by our host was particularly nice, who warmly welcomed us and immediately provided us with great recommendations for the region. An absolute highlight of our stay was the private tour of a nearby menade organized by the host. This exclusive experience was not only informative, but also incredibly charming and authentic – a real experience that we will never forget! We would come back back. A clear recommendation for all those who are looking for relaxation, proximity to the sea and personal service!

We had a lovely stay with the family at Stephane's! Everything was perfect, the setting is superb with the pond and the host very kind and accommodating. Despite the capricious weather, the accommodation remains very pleasant, we will be back for sure!

Florent's property is a small 3 floor self-contained house with well equipped and modern fittings throughout. The top floor could be a reading room or study and it opens out to a rooftop terrace overlooking a very pleasing view of tiled roofs, trees and the nearby cathedral. The little street is very quiet but within a few minutes walking distance of bustling squares and narrow old-town streets full of bars and restaurants. There is a tram stop (Lines 1 and 4) 2 minutes away which will connect you to wherever you might want to visit in the city. It's good to have a whole house rather than an apartment in a building shared with other tenants or visitors. The place has a relaxing feel and all creature comforts are catered for. Florent was always responsive - he replied to my queries within minutes.

We were greeted by Damien, a very friendly and pleasant person. The apartment is as described on the listing, very functional, beautifully decorated and fully equipped. We felt right at home! We really appreciated the fact that everything is provided, linens, kitchen essentials (salt, pepper, oil, coffee, sugar...)and hygiene products. We had an unforgettable week in Julie's large apartment. The panoramic view of the sea was breathtaking and the beach was clean with direct access from the accommodation. You can tell that the apartment is often occupied, but everything was usable and as described in the listing. Julie was a great host who always responded quickly and kindly to our requests. It was especially nice that we were allowed to use a later check-out, which is very pleasant when traveling with a small child. You can also quickly get from the accommodation by car to shopping and to Montpellier (recommended). We were able to relax very well and would like to come back. Thank you for the wonderful time!

The apartment is conveniently located on the seafront, close to shops, restaurants, parks, children's games. Very bright thanks to its large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a beautiful terrace. Between the apartment and the terrace, a great sense of space. Being able to have a spacious garage was also appreciated. Isabelle is a very responsive, accommodating host, her information was very clear for our arrival (the fact of being greeted at the entrance of the residence by the concierge, Mr. Catalan, marked the beginning of a great extended weekend). A beautiful experience for which we thank Isabelle.

Beautiful apartment! spacious, bright, very large terrace. Great location. The parking space is really a plus knowing that all parking spaces are for a fee. Just maybe add a few orange glasses and a water pot:)

Hi y'all, we were greeted personally by Sylvie and everything important about the apartment was explained to us. She was very warm and took a lot of time. You felt very welcome. The apartment was very clean and lovingly furnished with all the things you need. The garage and proximity to the stand are perfect for great beautiful excursions. The tips about the area, e.g. bakers, are very helpful. I find the guest book particularly beautiful. 🤗 You can tell that everything comes from the heart! We will be happy to come back! Very well situated in a calm neighbourhood, i highly recommend it.

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

We had a very pleasant stay in Lisette's apartment. The apartment is pleasant and serene, very clean, with a beautiful zen decoration, on the ground floor and on the edge of the promenade allowing direct access to the beach. I recommend it and will be happy to come back!

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, impeccable cleanliness, incredible smell in the apartment. The terrace is huge with jacuzzi, BBQ, garden furniture … We were able to enjoy the pool without moderation. Morgane is a quality host, she thought of everything in the small details. She is also always available and very responsive when needed. The residence is rather well located with several shops as well as the beach nearby. Can't wait to come back!!
