Thank you so much for hosting us! Everything was as described, communication with the host was very smooth. All seals were repaired after they were reported. The house was clean and the kitchen had the most necessary cooking utensils. The location of the house is quite convenient, but it is necessary to have a car, because it will make it easier to explore the beautiful area. I can definitely recommend this house for rent.

Wonderfully quiet place, Sweet people, fruit from the garden may pick, a delicious breakfast if you want and for us that was very useful and nice because we arrived very late and had not yet done any shopping. We loved this place!

We had the best time at Villa Antica Aia! Nobody believed that we are really going to stay in such a lovely, clean house with a beautiful garden, swimming pool, a please to cook and eat inside and outside. I don’t need to describe more because the villa looks exactly like on the pictures!! Oriana is the best host we’ve ever had, very kind, polite and always helpful. She welcomed us with apperitivo, showed us around, explained everything, was always available for us in case of questions where to find something. Thank you again and see you next year!

A beautiful villa in a great location and Francesco was really helpful and accommodating. Just be wary of the stairs if you have young children!

Roberto and his son Erik were just great. We stayed in Villa Bismarkia which was clean and tidy. Everything you might need is available and the common areas were so well-maintained and nice. Recommend starting this home!

We absolutely loved our stay, watching the sunset and the people stroll by from the balcony with a drink in hand are memories we will long cherish. We didn't have a car so being walking distance to everything we needed including the beach was perfect. The apartment was a great layout for a couple with adult children and the air-conditioning was a great escape from the outside heat.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and modern villa, located on Salvatore’s property. Despite being on the same grounds, we had complete privacy with our own terrace and a lovely barbecue area. Salvatore was incredibly helpful and always available when we needed anything. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and places to explore, which really enhanced our trip. The terrace area is peaceful and green, with sunbeds available for relaxing in the sun or in the shadow. The nearest supermarkets are about a 20-minute drive away in Syracuse. All in all, a perfect stay!

Emanuela and Peppe's place in Oritigia was great! Definitely felt like it had historical charm, with some modern amenities. We stayed here two nights, and it was very conveniently located to go around Ortigia. Keep in mind there is no elevators, so you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs, but that is to be expected in Europe!

What a fantastic bnb in a great location Super sunny & bright. Spacious. Lovely view over the beach & water. Very comfortable. Solid A/C. & 1k to one of the best restaurants ever, Manna! Don’t miss this amazing dinner spot! Good deli & fruit stand near the other end of pier. Livia very helpful & responsive host. I’d come here again for sure!

Truly special. This cavernous little house dug into the cliff amongst the rabbit warren old town of Modica is one of a kind. The photos do not prepare you for the stunning view over the old town, burrowed into the valley below. The house itself is clean, functional and has what you need for a few days stay. Despite the raging heat outside, it stays cool throughout the day. Would absolutely recommend staying here for a memorable experience. Our check in/out was easy and hospitable, leaving nothing wanting.

We had a lovely stay at Giuseppina's place in Modica. Her husband, Giovanni took us the very short walk from our car and advised where we could park. The house is very well placed to enjoy the beautiful back streets and main streets of Modica. It's small but cosy and comfortable with a cute little patio garden where we had our breakfast. Modica is wonderful - one of our favourite places.

Gioacchino's garden is a little paradise. Both for our daughter and for us, it was exciting and beautiful to discover the fruits and to harvest and eat ripe fruit and vegetables. In the morning we went to the chicken coop, in the evening we brought the organic waste to the pigs. In between, we went to the pool or to the playground. The house is well thought out - everything you need is there. And a little more (lemon press, blender, etc.) There is a great fruit stand within walking distance, where you can also buy baked goods. A few meters further is the public beach. Unfortunately, it is full and not clean. The beach in the nature reserve is more recommended. But you have to take a walk to get there. But it's worth it. Lido di Noto, Noto and the surrounding towns are great holiday destinations and Gioacchino's house is a recommendation. He himself is very friendly and can be proud of what he has created there. Angela & Giuseppe were amazing hosts. They made us feel right at home and offered so many great recommendations during our visit. They were present in their adjacent home throughout our stay, & they were there if we needed anything but also very respectful of our privacy at the same time. I have never interacted so much with an airbnb host before as they are really lovely people. The property was so beautiful and relaxing. It was a great place to start & end each day of our visit. I really hope to get back there again and cannot recommend their place enough. There were so many great historical sights, beaches & restaurants within a short, (10-30 mins) drive from their place.

We spent a wonderful week exploring the sights of Sicily (you definitely need a car) and having the oasis of Charlotte’s beautiful home to chill in the afternoon and evenings. The pictures do not do the garden justice and is a charming sun trap where we picked lemons and rosemary for our meals. Charlotte was on hand to answer any queries - the nearest supermarket (2 minute walk away), bakery (the sweetest place a 5 minute drive away), how to use the washing machine but never intruded - it is completely your own space. We visited Siracusa, Ortigia, Noto, Ampitheatre, Avola (beautiful beach, free parking, gorgeous ice cream shop on main road) and Ragusa (1.5 hour drive but spectacular views and so worth it!). We had a fabulous week, made all the better by Charlotte 🙂

A beautiful, spacious house with a lovely garden, veranda, and barbecue area! The rooms were large and spotlessly clean. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. The surrounding nature is stunning and peaceful — just a 10-minute drive from Ragusa and 15 minutes from the nearest beach. This is a really lovely villa, it’s got the most incredible garden that makes you feel instantly peaceful as well as being able to pick veg, fresh herbs and fruit. We were very comfortable - the small kitchen had everything you needed and the beds were great. There are so many outdoor seating areas it's hard to choose where to sit - everything is beautifully appointed and well designed and high quality. We had a very happy 6 days at Villa Orto. Sebastiano was super easy to communicate with for arrival and departure and the owner also popped in one day and was very friendly. It's less than 10 minutes drive to Noto, a little further to Avola where there are bigger supermarkets. Easy access to the main roads around the south east and the beaches. Thanks very much!

My mum and I had a lovely few days here. The views were stunning, the host was super communicative and helpful, and it is a very relaxing place to be. The pool is as lovely as you would expect! Highly recommend doing the hike to the ‘Laghetti Cavagrande’ as stopping off for a very wholesome and local experience at the Trattoria Eva e Zio Pippo Marino on the way home.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The hosts were just lovely, always ready to do a favor and very welcoming. Their kindness and availability made the experience even more enjoyable. Stunning property with the most incredible view. The pool and outdoor space was beautifuly maintained, and all the rooms were perfectly appointed. Andrea was such a wonderful host, sending personal recommendations (we loved the Sicilian champagne suggested), and checking that everything was ok. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an amazing base from which to visit the eastern side of Sicily.
