Holiday rentals with a balcony in Palermo

I spent a wonderful month at Claudia’s place in February, working remotely and enjoying the vibrant Palermo neighborhood. Despite my busy workdays, it was a pleasure to take a midday break for a swim in the heated pool, a workout in the gym, or simply to stand under the open sky on the rooftop terrace. The building has a youthful energy yet maintains a quiet and respectful atmosphere. While I loved exploring the sights of Buenos Aires, I was happiest immersing myself in this Parisian-like neighborhood. The apartment itself is effortlessly stylish—boho luxe with a lived-in charm that made me feel right at home. Claudia was always available and took great care of me throughout my stay. I was reluctant to leave and will absolutely stay here again.

O airbnb é muito bom. Os anfitriões respondem rápido e são muito flexíveis com horários (me deixaram, por exemplo, ficar mais 2 horas na saída). O local é excelente para duas pessoas e em uma localização muito boa. Tudo está muito caro em Buenos Aires, não seria diferente para o preço da hospedagem.

Logement très bien situé, métro à proximité, nombreuses lignes de bus. Grande réactivité en cas de besoin. Instructions pour l’accueil et accueil excellents. Appartement très bien équipé.

La estadía en el apartamento de Agustin fue lo que esperaba, super cómodo y seguro. La vista desde el cuarto y balcón son hermosas, especialmente de noche! Super ameno!

Noelia’s apartment is even more beautiful than the photos, and it has such a cozy feel! I stayed for 5 weeks and felt right at home. I was working remotely and the internet is excellent for video calls and general working. The apartment has a balcony, which was lovely to sit on, and the roof has a pool and a secluded space I used for yoga. :) Noelia was extremely helpful with scheduling the apartment building washer and dryer for me. And the kitchen is equipped with pots and pans and seasoning for cooking. The neighborhood is the best! It’s filled with coffee shops with WiFi that welcome remote working, delicious restaurants, fun bars, and is very vibrant - lots of beautiful murals. There are also tons of workout options nearby. I utilized a yoga studio and cycle studio. I had a wonderful stay, thank you Noelia!

Excellent Airbnb with great amenities, comforts, and in an sulerb location near plenty of shops and restaurants. Dolores was very friendly and helpful, and easy to communicate with. Would happily stay here again.

lo bueno: atencion rapida, vista muy buena, limpieza impecable, edificio seguro lo malo: el spa no funciona, ruidos de musica de los vecinos, tv lento y obsoleto

A casa alem de bem localizada é muito espaçosa e todos os ambientes são muito bem equipados, a piscina aquecida fica em uma temperatura excelente e conseguimos usar todos os dias mesmo com o frio da cidade.

Paula’s home is a stylish space in an amazing location in Palermo Soho. It is mere steps from Plaza Armenia and its surrounding cafes and shops, as well as the main road where one can find a 24h supermarket, pharmacies and laundry services. Paula has an eye for design and the decor is stylish and attractive yet has a lived-in feel. The star of the apartment is the quiet garden that is as large as the first floor of the home. Bedrooms have temperature-control. The bathrooms are cosy though the unique Argentinian plumbing can take a little while to get used to. We appreciated the Nespresso machine. Paula and Jeronimo were very responsive to our queries. Despite being in the middle of it all, the house is very quiet and peaceful.

This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated, light, airy, spacious and amazingly located. Thank you so much. It was an incredible experience to be in your place.

Paula + Jeronimo we’re consummate hosts. Exceeded my expectations and ensured we had all the help we needed to feel comfortable and well accommodated. They were both so kind and checked in to make sure we were acclimating well to offer help and recommendations which was appreciated. The house itself is stunning - a wonderful place to stay in the vibrant area of Soho Palermo.

This is a really great place. The apartment has a lot of light since it’s in the corner and it’s bigger than others in the area. The location is really amazing as well. The view of the pool is really nice. Just keep in mind you won’t be able to bring guests unless you register them in advance.

Todo de 10. El departamento queda en el complejo Quartier Dorrego, tiene todo lo que describe en su aviso. Todo funciona. Está impecable, tiene buen gusto y además tenía las cosas básicas por si quería cocinar (sal, aceite, vinagre) también había té y café. Me encantó el departamento. Está decorado con buen gusto. Las sábanas son buenas, el colchón también. Las toallas iguales y sanas! Super recomiendo el lugar. Ornella por su parte siempre me respondió enseguida y se mostró amable para cualquier cosa que necesitara.

Todo excelente. El departamento es muy cómodo, muy limpio y bien ubicado. La atención de los anfitriones es fantástica , muy bien predispuestos y amables. Sin duda que volveré a visitar este alojamiento cuando ande por la zona

Dit fijne appartement op de 7e verdieping is erg rustig gelegen. Geen overburen of geluidsoverlast en dichtbij het zwembad op de 8e verdieping. Heerlijk om daar uit te rusten na een dagje in de drukke stad. Dichtbij het park en de horeca gelegenheden in. Lucas is goed bereikbaar als host en er is altijd een concierge aanwezig in het appartementencomplex. Aanrader!

Lugar tranquilo, seguro y agradable. Dpto cómodo para pasar una estadía excelente. Lucas siempre atento a todo, amable para responder en cada momento. Recomendable al 100%

Estadia muito boa, espaço muito bem montado e planejado para receber bem hóspedes. A localização é excelente, vizinhança tranquila e próximo a mercados, farmácias e padarias. Comunicação fácil e rápida com os anfitriões, que se mostraram muito solícitos.
