It is not a place for parties or events. The beach has no exit to the street, it is for you. The property has two independent houses, you stay on the ground floor, at the beach level, with the garage and the balcony with barbecue. The upstairs house is usually uninhabited, when there is someone it is an elderly couple.

Anyone falls in love with my space, lush nature, wild birds like toucans, aracuãs, blue-winged teals, canaries and thrushes. You can taste seafood and oysters raised on farms near my place. The place is pleasantly calm and ideal for those who want to relax. We are an Azorean community.
