Jose’s place is perfect for a solo traveler or couple. It is strategically located close to lots of good restaurants and bars and easy to get public transportation from. It stays cool during the day even without AC in the common space which can be a rare thing in Barranquilla. If you go during rainy season, just be aware there’s a large “arroyo” on the corner. If you’re working, the internet is very fast and reliable. Jose is incredibly responsive and was always ready to help when needed. We would definitely stay here again when back in Barranquilla.

Recommended hotel house, very well designed, safe, comfortable, quiet and with modern rooms. I usually don't make many recommendations but this is definitely a good place to stay in Barranquilla. There was a slight problem with the internet but Benny was very timely and I fixed the inconvenience.

Keren and Ismael are amazing hosts. They were very accommodating and made me feel right at home. The room was excellent and all the necessities I needed were just a short walk away, with good restaurants close by as well. I really appreciate the short guide they sent with all the house rules and places I can visit. I highly recommend this location.
