Waterfront holiday rentals in Palmas del Mar

This was by far the best Airbnb we stayed at!!! ☆☆☆☆☆ The apartment was truly beautiful, the view was exquisite too! Everything was exactly like shown in the pictures. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and everything was so easy to use and accessible. Getting there, checking in and out and all instructions were super easy to follow. We truly had a blast staying here and we will 100% be back! ☆

Aydil and Yadil were quick to respond and very attentive! Specially during checkin. Their instructions were clear which made it all easy. I loved the condo. It was clean and had all the things we needed. The fans in the living room were great! The balcony view was beautiful! The beds were super comfortable and everything was clean. It was perfect for our stay! 10/10 recommend!

Great place to stay, clean house, great management team and co host they help with whatever you need. Very quiet friendly neighborhood

Jayanne is a lovely person, always helpful and anytime she has an open ear for all of us. She knows everything about the island. The house and the area are amazing. She is a very nice host. We had a perfect stay. And at the end, we love pets and cats.

The Marabella Club condo is a unit on the 3rd floor with a mountain view and a few steps to the pool area and beach. Very quiet and beautiful. We would walk along the beach or lay by the pool and see very few people. Mostly Americans and very friendly employees particularly appreciated Gustavo at the gate (who can answer questions and provide helpful suggestions). When you arrive, there is one gated entrance into Palmas Del Mar and another gate into Marbella Club. The condo was clean, very soft bath towels and linens. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has a cabinet with condiments, basics, newer appliances, coffeemaker, airfryer. The countertop could be updated but very clean. We stopped after airport and bought groceries at Ralph’s in Humecao as there is only a small market in Palmas Del Mar (plaza). The only challenge was the elevator is not available now as they are installing a new one so you must use the stairs. Favorite restaurant- Bocata! Thank you Jose!

This is a wonderful place to stay. The accommodations are exactly as described, and the pictures reflect reality. Waking up to an open air, high view of the ocean, pleasure craft, and nearby islands is a great way to start the day. The pool is much larger than I anticipated which was a pleasant surprise. I value the security of the parking lot and building. At the top of my feedback list is the great communication at the start of the rental. After a long day of travel, clear instructions relieve stress. If we return to the area, we would hope to stay again.

The house was relatively easy to find, and I really enjoyed being able to park in the driveway, behind the sliding gate. The kitchen was stocked with all you’d need to cook, including some rice, peanut butter, syrups, cereal, and even a couple cans of chef Boyardee! You are right next door to a bar, which can be very noisy at night, but the DJ/loud music would stop around 8 PM (on the weekends). I don’t believe that hey played music on the weekdays. Several nice spots to eat within 5-10 minutes, and the drive to the ferry to Vieques/Culebra wasn’t too bad. Enjoyed waking up to the sound of the waves across the street, although the beach itself didn’t seem like it was suited for sunbathing/swimming. When we arrived, we ventured over and there was too much sea debris (twigs/tires/palm leaves/etc) to put down a towel. There was a lot of outdoor seating on the balcony of the air bnb (chairs, benches, a picnic bench, etc) and cushions were provided! Would stay again!

Hector's place was great to stay in. It was spacious and clean and very conveniently located for us. There was a laundromat and good breakfast place 5 minutes away and we were able to get to the ferry within 20 minutes. I liked that there was an outside hose to clean up with after a day at the beach too.

Home away from home. We were very comfortable here. The property is beautiful. The house is very clean.

Everything was just about perfect, just like the previous time in the summer of 2023, with the exception of the failure of the water heater. Everything else was as good as advertised. We will be returning next year with our grandchildren again.

Our stay here was nothing short of fantastic. The view coming out of the house our first morning was breathtaking. This little house is literally nestled right in between the Caribbean Sea and the mountains. Nearby are several exceptional restaurants and about 30 minutes away are smallish towns with shops, pharmacies, etc. The house is exactly as described, with a gorgeous outdoor living and dining room on the first floor near the pool, with a full bathroom. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, kitchenette, living room and another full bathroom. The beach was about 100 steps away from the property. The pool was fantastic for when the sea was a bit choppy and at night. We fished and swam in the sea and saw lots of sea life snorkeling. We wanted for nothing and the hosts were quick to respond, super helpful and very friendly. I can't wait to return! Note there are screens on the windows if you don't like bugs. We did encounter a few mosquitoes, but not many.

We stayed here as a family of 4 and will absolutely plan to return! The walled garden is an obvious labor of love and a living work of art (and the kids were sooo happy to have the pool :) ). For us it was ideal to be right down the street from an epically beautiful patch of preserved land. Already missing that place! Liamm & Pete were welcoming and helpful and even gave us a sweet recommendation for our last day in PR after we checked out. Like I said, will happily return to this sweet home.

Isaac has a great place, super close to various eating spots and supermarket. The airbnb has plenty of bath towels and beach towels, also has everything you will need for a day at the beach including coolers. Love how well stocked everything was as far as linens and cleaning supplies and also great to have washer & dryer available. This is a great house for families. I wish it had an extra bathroom but we made due with the one. Would definitely stay here again. The best thing was having AC in the whole house because it can get really hot out here.

Bryan and Jody’s place was a dream! They go above and beyond to make their guess feel at home . The level of cleanliness is top notch ! The place is located right across the main road of Punta Santiago beach where you can cross and go to the beach or walk out the house and you will always find a local spot to grab a bite. The neighbors are super friendly and treated us like family, always asking if we need it anything , offering mangos or ice or water . Yes , we lost power , but Bryan ran to our house and provided us with battery operated fans that lasted all night and lights so we won’t be in the dark , even a power bank to charge our phone !! Who does that ? Do it ! book your stay at Bryan’s you won’t regret it . The place is awesome ! Thank you Bryan and Josy I will be back in August

Very charming little place to stay, kids loved the pool, loved hearing the sound of the ocean from the deck, communication was great, they stayed in touch the whole time and helped us figure our questions out with quick responses time!

We’ve been staying at Airbnbs since the very beginning, and this was by far the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. The views were absolutely stunning, and the pool was so comfortable and inviting. We loved being within walking distance to dinner, our sailboat tour, and close to both the bioluminescent tour and the rainforest excursion. The kitchen was used daily and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials—we truly appreciated every detail that was considered. Juan’s communication was exceptional—better than any host we’ve ever had. He called us ahead, made sure we got in okay & communicated clearly throughout the visit. The place was absolutely stunning. We couldn't imagine a better location or have had a better experience. Thank you again for your kindness and for allowing us to enjoy such a special place.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect just a short walk to the catamarans and close to all the excursions, which made it easy to be on time and enjoy everything without the hassle of driving long distances. The host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was clean, cozy, and easily sleeps four people comfortably. We especially appreciated the little extras like board games, speaker to listen to music, coffee ready to make, and beach chairs, which made our stay even more convenient. The parking area is secure which was an added plus with our jeep rental. The views were beautiful, and it was the perfect home base to relax after a day of adventure. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Fajardo, Puerto Rico!

Amy made access incredibly easy, the condo was well guarded and we felt safe. The views are beautiful, just a great condo where you will fall asleep to the sounds of the waves and the coqui. Amy has a closet filled with things you may need for a beach day which was perfect and a well equippped kitchen.

We loved our stay! Location was great, accommodations were wonderful! Edwin and Julia were fantastic, attentive, and accommodating hosts! We loved our time in Puerto Rico and can’t wait to visit again.

Encanto del mar is an excellent apartment to stay. Clean and beautiful place to stay. Joe & Jessica excellent hosts. Hope to come back in the future.

This is a perfect place to stay. It’s beautiful & has the BEST view, it’s close to restaurants, activities, & the beach. Love the bedroom that has 2 bunks. Great shower. Kitchen is well-supplied. Elevator is quick for it to be on the 23rd floor.
