Holiday rentals with breakfast in Palmi

This was a wonderful place in which to spend several days exploring beautiful Reggio Calabria and Sicily. Our hostess and host were exceptional - extraordinarily generous and kind. We were showered with thoughtful gifts of eggs, fruit, fresh picked vegetables from their garden and a bottle of their home-made wine (which was excellent). They were patient with our questions and were a fount of local insights and knowledge. Over decades of travel, they rank at the very top of the hosts that we have met. The house was immaculate, modern and very well appointed and lived up to every one of our expectations. It is on the edge of a small village and was serene and peaceful. The house is located outside of Reggio Calabria and close to the ferries to Sicily in Villa San Giovanni. A car is strongly recommended to enable local travel and trips to Sicily (which are very easy to arrange). All in all, an exceptional stay. Thank you!!!!

Domenica was a wonderful host and so helpful! We had to book this place last minute because our other lodgings fell through and the host was so accommodating and lovely! The space is beautiful and the location is amazing. I will definitely book this apartment again when I come back someday!!

There were three of us there for 1 1/2 days and we felt very comfortable! It was clean and larger than you can see in the pictures. On foot, you need about 20 minutes to the stone beach and about 10 minutes to the city. For us, it was just a little difficult to find restaurants, but otherwise everything was good. Stefania is very sweet and super easy to reach. We also had a shuttle to the airport provided. Thanks!

My group of friends and I spent New Year's Eve in this facility. At check-in we met and met Mrs. Stella, available and sunny. Our short stay was more than pleasant and we will have no hesitation to return.

Very nice structure, located in a quiet area. Excellent for resting or for those traveling for work. However, it is not suitable for people with disabilities or those with leg or back problems. Elevated on 2 floors above the ground floor, a certain ancient style has been maintained with steep wooden stairs connecting one floor to the other. The bedroom with bathroom and shower is located on the top floor. On the first floor, there is a nice sitting room with a toilet and shower. Wi-Fi is not available, but you can connect to the Internet very well from your mobile (except for the kitchen on the ground floor where there is less signal). Alessandra provided several useful details and was understanding, meeting some of my needs. Please note that Google Maps goes a little haywire and confuses the real location of the property, but just follow Alessandra's references and you can find it quite easily. Excellent point for those who have commitments on site.

I liked everything, the hosts are very responsive , everything is within walking distance of the embankment market, shops, port, cafes, restaurants. we will gladly come back again)

Simona, Valentina, and her adorable son are wonderful hosts! The apartment is situated in a great location for visiting Tropea, Pizzo, Capo Vaticano and more. We were greeted with smiles and joy just lovely all around. Simona left us Prosecco, fruits from her garden, coffee and more. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Exceptional value for your money ❤️ Thank you again for having us!

Claudia is a superkind and very helpful host, she’s ready to answer all the questions always very fast. She came to the train station to meet us and showed us the town. We are very grateful and thank you again! The apartment is amazing, we felt like at home. It is a seaside flat, and has a balcony with sea view and with a beautiful flowering tree in front of it. We spent 5 days in Nizza in october, it’s a calm small town, it was definitely not crowded by tourists, the beach, the sea and the weather were all great. You have everything you need (bakery, café, shop) in walk distance. Nizza is a good startpoint to visit other towns nearby, as it has train and bus stops. Highly recommended!

Great deal! Beach front, walking distance from the beach and from restaurant + utility shop. The house was perfect, felt at home right away. Ezio is really kind and ready to help if need plus the apartment has literally everything!

Armando’s house was very clean, and he was a very good host. He was communicative, welcoming, and even helped extend our checkout. A++ recommend.

Small apartment, very nice and really equipped with all comforts. Private parking area right in front of the apartment. Appliances in working order, impeccable cleanliness. Very helpful and attentive host. They left us a delicious homemade cake on arrival, and a welcome video with tourist tips and everything we needed for breakfast. An example of what hospitality should be. I highly recommend it. TOP experience.

We had a perfect stay! The accommodation was exactly as described: clean, cozy and well located. The real added value was Stefano: an exceptional host, always available, very kind and better than a tour guide! He gave us valuable advice on what to see, where to eat and how to get around, making us feel at home from the very first moment. An experience we recommend without hesitation, we would gladly return!

Stayed for 2 nights with another couple. Super close to the city center with lots of shops and restaurants! Beautiful view of the sea, beaches and castle. And of course, this place is so Cool inside! Only thing I would say was I wish the keys were labeled so we could know which one was which for each of the 3 doors to get inside and outside. It was a bit loud from people down below on the street in the middle of the nights, so keep windows shut. But overall great stay! Would stay again.

Apartment with a suggestive panoramic view. The apartment's cleanliness is more than satisfactory. Federica is a very friendly person, attentive and caring to the needs of guests. Available whenever you ask for something. I highly recommend it!

It was a wonderful stay, beautiful view and pool and the apartment was spacious, comfortable and quiet.

Massimo was a fantastic host and the property is a hidden gem! With direct access to the beach, it is truly a rare find in tropea. It’s walkable to town for dinner, shopping, and drinks, and there is both public / paid access to beach areas right outside the property. Massimo went out of his way to welcome us and help us throughout our stay. I would suggest requesting a room with a balcony to be able to hang your towels/ swimwear but other than that, it was fabulous!

We had a great stay at Alessandra‘s! She and her husband Pietro are lovely hosts, they invited us several times to their place for a coffee/drink, we had great chats with them and they gave us useful information and recommendations for the area. We also made a very interesting tour with Pietro who is also an official guide of the Asperomonte National Park. Alessandra was very swift in communication and flexible for our check in time. The room we had is small but has a little fridge and balcony with a nice view, breakfast was very good (juices, water, joghurts, fruits, toasts, jam, coffee, tea etc.) and the terrace to have breakfast has a beautiful view over a part of Bova, the sea and the mountains. We would definitely recommend staying at Alessandra‘s!

Salvatore is an extremely friendly and prepared person. He listened to my needs and made me feel at home from the beginning to the end of my stay. She didn't damage an extra coffee pod and helped me even after checkout time by providing me with internet access to work and check in on the plane. He gave me very useful tips to get to Polistena's party and the Technical Institute for the contest. The room was clean, quite quiet, equipped with great air conditioning. The dashboard was suitable for my needs. Great idea to provide the coffee maker in the room, microwave, and minibar with water. I felt at home, I am grateful to Salvatore for his kindness and professionalism.

Tina is a fantastic host. She doesn’t let language barriers stop her from being kind, helpful and proactive. She stayed up and waited for us to arrive from our late flight, and also arranged the taxi to and from, despite the hours of our flights. The place itself is in a fantastic location, with the entirety of Reggio Calabria walkable from the flat. It can be quite loud due to the surrounding bars below the apartment, but we didn’t mind that at all. Tina has discount vouchers for some restaurants as well, and she’ll give you them and recommend places. Overall a fantastic stay with a lovely host, clean room and bathroom, breakfast provided, in a fantastic city.

This place is awesome. Valentina is very friendly, approachable and responds quickly to messages. It was really great of her to let me check in at 2pm instead of 3pm as I had arrived in the location early due to my train. The apartment is great - especially the patio balcony with jacuzzi, outside kitchen, sun lounger and parasol. The views are are absolutely beautiful of the sea and Tropea town - you could not wish for better! The room itself is very comfortable, great bed and linen, great bathroom and place to store clothes etc. The complex has a lovely garden area too - to give extra outside space. The breakfast was wonderful - really good quality and a variety of options on the menu. Valentina brings the breakfast up to you in the room at the time you request, which is really brilliant. The apartment is situated in a great location, quiet and peaceful and just 10 minutes nice walk down to the beach where there is also a supermarket. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

And ideal little room 5 minutes away from everything. It ain't the Ritz, but it is cheap, welcoming and well-kept. Overall a a good rest spot for travellers. I would recommend.

Beautiful B&B, tastefully furnished, with a small shady garden. Sabrina, the host, is wonderful, charming and very helpful. Highly recommended. 5 stars 🌟
