My stay went smoothly, everything was just like the photos, clean, tidy, safe. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again. Everything that is advertised and shown in the photos is as it is, and Ana was attentive at all times.

Jorge was super kind always , answering my message and help me with my request. And Angelica was amazing. She provide to us a very good service, I think is his mom.

We loved the place, very quiet, the pool was a bit cold but with the quick heat you appreciate it. Everything is exactly as shown in the photos and the area is perfect for going for a walk with our dogs.

We loved the house, as seen in the photos, very clean everything and Francisco was always attentive to what we need. We loved the pool and the jacuzzi as we could get the boiler every time we wanted. I'm sure we'll be back.

Adrián’s home is beautiful, spacious, and peaceful. Tucked away in a quiet, gated residential neighborhood, it felt incredibly safe and offered the perfect escape from the buzz of the city. The house is immaculately clean and thoughtfully laid out—our group of eight had more than enough room to relax comfortably. The home is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The pool is large enough for swimming laps, and the garden is absolutely stunning—clearly maintained with care by a dedicated gardener who visits daily. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast prepared by Eva. Using fresh, local ingredients and groceries we picked up from a nearby store just minutes away, she made us the most delicious meal. Adrián was a warm and welcoming host who made sure we felt completely at home. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, safe, and enjoyable stay in Cuernavaca. We’re already hoping to return soon!

Great place to stay! 10 min drive to downtown Tepoztlán. The house is very nice and clean. The kitchen and stay are very spacious. The pool area and jacuzzi is beautiful with a spectacular view of the Tepozteco! It's worth staying in this home. However, you should consider that you will need a car to move around.

It is a very nice house, you enjoy the stay without hassle. Angie's attention to the key flame is very good, she is always attentive to what you need. We went with our daughters and they returned delighted, it is definitely a good option to enjoy a few days of tranquility.

The house is very nice, it has everything you need to stay a few days, it is very spacious and very comfortable. The pool was excellent, the water temperature was very good, even though it rained, the water didn't get cold and we were able to use it. The garden area was excellent, with the grill and the tent you could enjoy the outdoors. Norma is super attentive all the time. I recommend it 100%

The stay was wonderful. We stayed more than two days. The weather was cloudy and rainy. The pool water was delicious all the time. The jacuzzi was phenomenal. The house is more beautiful than in the photos. Super comfortable and beautiful. Although we had hours of rain, the house is wonderful to enjoy the interior. Thank you very much Hector for always being attentive during our stay in the apartment. We loved it, everything was as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably. We would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!

The apartment is an excellent option to spend several days with family and/or friends. Christian was always very flexible and was attentive to our stay. The subdivision is luxurious and you can do any activity safely. For those who like to swim, the pool is very large and has everything you need to spend a whole day in it. In general, we liked it a lot and we plan to return soon.
