We are conveniently located near Kianinny Bay. The space is perfect for couples to enjoy the Sapphire coast, beaches, national parks, mountain bike tracks, and local award winning oysters.

A fully functional kitchen with a coffee pod machine. Air conditioning/heating. For the winter months you have the option of a combustion heater. (Only for those who have experience.) The top level is perfect for guests who have mobility issues, as there is a bedroom, bathroom, the kitchen, lounge and deck all on this level.
