La Familia lives on the first floor of the property with a small store in front and will be happy to help you out :) The property is right in front of the volunteer firefighters on a quiet road to the Lake. This room is on the 3rd floor with a private bathroom (hot water) and a view of Atitlán. There is a 4th floor shared terrace with a kitchen, dining area, and chill zone.
