Amazing apartment right in the center. Easy to find and check in/check out. Gordan was very responsive with questions that we had. Added bonus is that the A/C worked really well which was helpful as we got hit by a bit of a heat wave. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We loved staying here.

We had a really pleasant stay at this beautiful apartment! The place is very bright, cozy, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nenad is very pleasant and responsive, always ready to help and answer any questions. We especially loved the cozy balcony with a view of the city—perfect for morning coffee. The apartment is located in a quiet central area, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. There are shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby, and all the main attractions are within easy walking distance. Plenty of public transportation options are available close by, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend choosing this apartment for your next trip!

My son, my wife, and we stayed with a couple who were waiting for a child. Our first time using Airbnb. We had questions, but everything went well. Dejan is a good host. He helped us with the things we wanted. 40 minutes by walking to the city. We rented a car, but the furthest place is already on foot from the pen. There are supermarkets around, affordable and reliable shopping . The house is clean and practical . There are almost all the products you use in your own home. Ready to use with loads of games in Ps4. YouTube premium loaded . The sound system is sleek and convenient .

This apartment was perfect for a city break. The positioning is great as you are at a walking distance away from the most popular places in town, and it has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Totally recommend this place and it’ll definitely be the first on the list if I ever come back to Belgrade :)

Highly recommend this apartment! I stayed here for a month and had a wonderful experience! The apartment is well-equipped with everything you could need, including a spacious 1.2m-wide desk in the bedroom—perfect for working remotely. The host, Ivana, was incredibly kind and responsive. Even though I arrived late at night on my first day, she was patient and attentive, making sure all my questions and needs were addressed promptly. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

For anyone traveling to beautiful Belgrade, this is the place to be. I recommend it very highly!!!

Everything was awesome and smooth, we spent a great time in Serbia and at Dragan's house. It was a great house, with quite a good place for working remotely and quiet area for good sleeping (despite the fact of chicken and roosters noise). The area is also nice, the food in the cafes and restaurants is better than in Belgrade (esp. huge pancakes in the fast food cafe near Gomex, they even beat our Russian ones). Dragan also suggested some locations nearby to enjoy the nature (so we had a nice picnic in Ivanovo with swans). Even though it's possible to use public transport to go to Pancevo and then to Belgrade, but it's time consuming (esp. at the weekends where the bus is scheduled once in an hour), so cars are the best option. Overall, 100% recommended. Thanks Dragan for hosting us :)

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

Milka was a great host, she was immediately available for all questions and helped with advice and action. It is a very nice house and the complex is perfect for groups. Feel free to come back anytime!

The apartment is VERY NICE & VERY CLEAN. Looks just like in the pictures. Safe parking inside the yard is a great advantage. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the airport. The town of Surcin has various stores and restaurants. Communication with Emilija was very good. We didn't actually meet, but she sent us very clear instructions how to get in the apartment, always replied within 5 minutes and also provided helpful tips when we asked for advice about the town. Also check-in was flexible. We arrived at 1:30 in the morning and the apartment was waiting for us 🙂

Great place to stay! Beautifull sights and very secluded. It was a bit of rougj terrain and not in walking distance of much things, but it was verry worthwhile experience.

A small and cozy house on a quiet street fully matches the description. Inside, there is everything you need for a family getaway. The house was decorated for the New Year, and we were welcomed with champagne. The fireplace is a special highlight of this home, you can wrap yourself in a warm blanket and enjoy the fire, creating a truly homely atmosphere. Couriers and taxis can easily find the address, and there is a bus stop nearby with direct routes to the city center.

Clean apartment. 2md floor easy by stairs and there is an elevator as well if needed. Adequate closet space. Useful kitchen fully equipped. Close to many restaurants and cafe. Not far from the Dunav river walk. Apartment has washer with dryer. Would definitely recommend.

I had such a lovely stay at Nemanja’s flat. They were always proactively reaching out to ensure everything was ok and whether I needed anything. I’ve never had that level of outreach before from a host. They even let me come a little earlier than the allotted check in time. The flat was even better than the photos (and the photos were great). I felt very comfortable in the space and it have everything, and more, that I needed for my stay. The bed was so comfortable. The WiFi worked great for working and I had a few zoom meetings with no issues. There was sometimes work being done during the day somewhere near but at night it was very quiet. The location was great and walking distance to so many different things. Also, easy to get down to the center area if that’s desired. I’d definitely recommend Namanja’s flat to anyone looking for a stay in Belgrade.

Great location and communication with host.

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was extremely clean, well maintained and tastefully appointed. We felt at home from the first moment. A big plus was the view – absolutely gorgeous!! The area is quiet, near a huge park ideal for relaxation, but still close to the points of interest. The host was kind and communicative, she gave us all the necessary information for a carefree stay. We will definitely come back!
